I will be bulking over the next 5 months with a goal of at least 230 , currently 212. trying to come back into bodybuilding after not competing for over 10 years. I will be dead set on qualifying for nationals on my first go round ! My cycle is strong 250 test E and 300 deca EOD and 50 mg of anadrol ed soon to come into the mix HGH! Eating 6 X a day with 400 mG of carbs ! GROW TIME
