+ 5 Baseline IGF1 levels & Z score

ad

Baseline IGF1 & z score results before my first HGH run.
I plan on working my way up to 3iu within the first 3 weeks if all goes as planned. Running some Iron Lion orange tops. I’ll post the results once I get them.

Is it beneficial to test Hgh serum levels along with the IGF1?
If anyone has some insight please share it.

IGF is the driving force here. IGF-BP3 levels could also be interesting to see, but I would really only test for that if you seem to be poor responder to HGH.

good to know, if it turns out I'm a poor responder I'll consider looking into that.

You can get a test for both, I think it's a difference of $20 more than IGF alone.

IGF 1 score represents over 24hrs. So timing of the test is important when doing GH serum.

IGF is the one that matters the most

Just remember gh is a marathon not a sprint, I am 4 months into my second time running it and I am just now starting to jump out of bed like a baby ready to take on the world and I have been at 2.5ius since November I think. I eased into it this time because I had some pretty bad side effects last time but I think my igf was 400+ when I was having those sides. I am going in 10 days to get my igf done again I was supposed to go this week but got snowed in on a job for 5 days the week before last and it would not be fair to the source for me to test 8 days after missing 5 days pinning in a row. + for the pre run blood work and can’t wait to see what the results of the next one are. Stay Strong

That's what I've been hearing, have to be patient with it. I'm happy this run is treating you better than the last.

Nice work on baseline levels before starting your run. Looking forward to the follow up once you start exogenous gh.

Nick87's picture

Thanks, I'm a believer in testing.

Just igf1 is great for hgh test. Some peptides will read as big dose of hgh but its the igf1 you want.

Ok, that’s what I thought. Thanks

Nice one for testing your IGF-1 level before you get on board the HGH train - It will be very useful once you commence the run Good I see you are around 37 so that level is what I would expect there, reckon thats where mine probably is too lol

I’m hoping to get some benefits out of it. Better recovery, sleep, and maybe burn some fat. I was thinking it would have been a little higher because my wife came back at 177 and she’s 5 years older. But I guess we’re all different. Maybe it had something to do with just finishing pct?

This is the thing though...resting GH secretion in women is known to be a bit higher than in men at times. So your wife having a higher IGF score isn't surprising to me. You should be better at 3iu. Thanks for posting my man.

Nick87's picture

Ok, I was wondering if women in general have higher IGF1. I think the the 3iu will be beneficial. Thanks

Interested to see where that dose puts you. Keep us updated.

Definitely will update after next test.

It could well be - there are a lot of compounds and ancillaries that we take that affect IGF-1 levels. I wouldn't worry too much about what it was, I have seen all kinds of natural levels on here - all that matters is what it will hopefully rise to in 3 weeks time. I started 3 days ago on the same 3iu's as you but a different lab. Aside from the sleepiness initially, a side I have noticed is feeling much more horny Lol Apparently it stimulates the testicles into production too which I never previously knew.

That’s right! I’m just looking forward to what it will be in a few weeks. I didn’t know it stimulated the testicles, that’s interesting. I hope you have a good run as well.

The sleep improvement is going to be amazing for you, enjoy.
