its been a whole 8 months or maybe a little more since my last cycle, and i managed to lose bodyfat and maintain all my weight.
Be starting a Bulk in the next couple weeks.

I know this is an old picture, i just wanted to give my Advice on PCT. The thing that i think was my make or break was the use of HCG, i used it at 500iu every other day for 14 days before the end of my cycle. other then that i continued using Aromasin after at 12.5mg eod for 6 weeks. 2 weeks after last pin i used Nolva 20/20/20/20 and Clomid 100/100/50/50 for 4 weeks.
I was pretty much back to baseline on my 4 weeks after pct bloodtest.

ThackeronNot trying to dog on you but just because you came off the juice, doesn't mean you're completely natural again. You went on PCT and now probably still using GNC supplements to keep your gains during these months, you are still using chemicals, try doing this shit with out any supplements; guarantee you won't be able to pull this off. and there's no such thing as "being natural again". Not even dieting will help you keep your gains that your had when you were juicing.
I went through this shit, and went on PCT. After PCT I didn't use gear for months and didn't even use any supplements. I just diet; did it "the hard way". Sure as heck wasn't what i was when i was on gear, wasn't as strong or massive as I was; weighed 243lb and went back down to 200lb. And it sure messed with my mind. But you know what? The muscles I gained without gear or supplement use, I was able to keep.

ThackeronPshhh how would you know if you haven't been through it? And yes supplements do help you. When you are off cycle after your pct, I dare you to stop using gear for months, and not using any supplements like I did. Try it "the hard way" and just diet, then post a before and after pic

Nice to see. Too many guys (and kids) just blast and cruise because they never want to come off. This proves that you don't need to do that to look amazing. +1
There's a proper way to do it.
As with all things in life - "everything in moderation"
If someone is gonna blast/cruise.. Just do it right. Get bloodwork and make sure you're not taking too much or too little test while cruising. Someone may only need 250mg every 2 wks to be in normal range. And it can't be any worse then constantly jumping on and off cycle and shutting your HPTA off and on like a light switch, then "jump starting" it with female anti-cancer and fertilization drugs. With cruising, you're maintaining normal test levels your body doesn't know the difference besides it stopping production of its own test because a new acceptable form has entered the body.

I am not recommending anybody blast and cruise regardless of age- actually I don't give any controversial advice because I believe these are all personal decisions. Be smart and research prior to taking anything.
russel12Bro don't get me wrong but bunch of people here are only 21 22 23 years old and they don't have to cruise coz u know they have 50+ years still to live and I dont think they wanna live with pin in there ass for rest of life? And off course they want kids my man.

RustyhookerBig dude. There's dry and wet bulking. It's presummer so research the difference. If you're gaining without gear....then stay off til you max out.
