Cluster reps!

I'm always looking for new ways to maximize strength through different forms of training! I'm still somewhat a novice when it comes to bodybuilding so I do a lot of reading on different forums on this topic. I stumbled across something called "cluster reps routine" for maximizing strength during workouts and limiting muscle fatigue and delaying the build up of lactic acid! The link I'm posting sounds reasonable. My typical chest day for example is 55-65 minutes for the one muscle. On different weeks I use different methods. I'll switch from smith, to cables, to free weights to machines. Always introducing a new method of resistance. I know some people hate the term muscle confusion but that's basically what it is. Anyone familiar with cluster reps and if so what's your take? I think it's something I'll be trying soon.
