I'm going to try out these genotropin pens 12 mg how many ius a day is recommended guys? Im 40 years old 17 stone i want to cut down on bf plus I'm going to go on this stuff for 1 year so I'm guessing i should se good results any info off you guys would be appreciated.

Start at 2iu a day first thing in morning. avoid simple carbs for at least 2 hours after dose. Stay at that dose foe a month and see if you get sides. IF not and you can afford it bump up to 3ius a day and try that for awhile.

Never ran Geno before but heard good things. I have always ran Norditropin. But these are suppose to be virtually the same.
Flying do you say first thing am is best to inject or before i go bed? I'm hearing different things off people and your saying to take 2 iu a day for first month then up it to 3 iu a day after that? How many days a week would you say to inject? I really appreciate your info as this is the first time in using hgh thought i may aswell try it being as ive hit the big 40
