Help with reconstituting and dose

Hey all, having trouble with my math. I just ordered my first run of HGH.
Each vial has approx 20iu I want to recon with 1cc of bac. water. What will I draw a 100unit syringe to get a dose of 3iu ??

Has a syringe calculator for future reference. Easy to plug in what you have.
How many ml is the syringe? If it’s 0.5 ml, 2 full syringes (200 ticks) equals 20 iu. 1 full syringe equals 10 iu. That means 30 ticks equals 3 iu.
It’s a 1ml syringe.
