FIRST CYCLE plan please help tweak

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
im 46yo on TRT. I have tried planning this a few times but plans fell through.
about 15% BF
175 lbs
5' 9"
I have lost alot of strength and muscle due to recent weight loss. I am looking to lower BF to 12% and put on about 10 lbs of lean muscle. Im hoping for some strength gains as my lifts are under par...
My diet is good and am dialing it in. I dont plan on cardio but will do what is necessary.
2p 1.5c .5f per pound. I wii increase protien intake accordingly. I train 4-5 days a week alternating muscle groups.
Not too sure about bridging the AIs. I have a load of adex and about 50 25mg aromasin

I wouldn't run to long for your HCG!
Besides you only take test E! In other hand you could get away even you didn't use HCG! HCG should run 5weeks period. I would do 250iu every 4days! For 4weeks then on last week 1000iu-1200iu 3days before pct! Total of 5weeks HCG!
thanks undercover.. Wasnt sure about the HCG I just wanted to keep my balls a descent size. As for PCT I dont think it is necessary as I am on TRT for life.
I am more concerned about the adex/aromasin bridging and estrogen rebound and the like....
mr127superdeei cant comment on hcg during trt as i have never tried nor heard yo much about it but everything else seems ok dont drink alcohol and remember there is no such thing as an AI protocol be flexible estro spikes and crashes
Thanks superdee will have bloods for estro done 6 weeks in. I know about the alcohol and I am prepping myself as I love my booze...
mr127superdeeyes brother this was a struggle of mine for a long time. i was really borderline an alcoholic even getting drunk while on winstrol....but the estro spike is just not worth it i mean i might be a lil sensitive but i can clearly remember the very next morning of hard drinking having soft tits i would have to combat. I wish you well brother your going to be fine
