Was considering my first cycle, but after some feedback and contemplation I will need to make some adjustments to my BF and diet. I thank everyone for the support to becoming a healthier individual. I will keep everyone posted throughout my journey.

Pounds23Wiz I wish u the best of luck dude with everything I'm sure whatever way u choose to go it'll work out there plenty of people here that will give u good advise just read whatever u can get ur hands on man and u can always still go the test route instead of orals cause I guess tawakaksksmaaa didn't like that I suggest oral first to try before u start jabbing urself I was going off of ur basic info it's really depends on what u want outta ur cycle some people go mass then cut some people try to stay lean n clean n add some size it depends on what ur goal is now u can always go the test route and eat clean n doing some cardio half hour everyday see how u look in 4 weeks I'm sure uv come along way man from where u started n don't get down man use it let it piss u off n prove urself n become the montser u got inside n just so u know u can take test like u wanted to I'd add var that's just me and keep ur diet clean as u can and maybe some cardio everyother day and ull get the result u want brother I meant no disrespect dude trust me it take guts to post up a pic of urself I just figured if u haven't even pinned urself an oral might be better to try first and u just take it slow any oral u take I'd take Liv 52 no matter the potency with any oral... If u feel confident in the test go for it even at 250mgs a week ud see a deff increase is mood and size n strengh.... Pounds23Hey wiz man I meant no had feelings dude or to be rude all all dude I sat back I in honest man it take a real man n person to post up a pic and ask people what they think and in that case I give u all the props in the world brother it's not easy to put urself like u did man I respect u more doing doing that n laying it all out for everyone everyone is gunna have there different opinion on what u should do now that I read the subject info is this test cycle u had in plan to do ur first cycle ever now I suggest orals for ur first try just so u didn't just start jabbing yourself man if u don't ur research go for it n u feel comfortable u can do it to i just know the first time I tried anything it was an oral n I got incredible results... Hey man if u feel comfortable doing it n uv done ur research and u got ur pct protocol for after to bring or start up ur natural test up again u can run the test now u can run ur test cycle I wouldnt go past 500mg for ur first time u don't need to ur first cycle is always usually ur best now u decided on test e I personally like test e now it's gunna take about ten to 12 days to even start to kick in also I didn't see anything about weather u were more into bb or powerlifting and I didn't see anything if u wanted to bulk up or do like a clean lean bulk or if u were shooting to do more of a cutting or clean dry mass u could always if that's what u were think like to lean down and put some clean lean muscle u could always do like ur test cycle and add some var to help u plus a clean diet ud see huge changes in ur body brother I'm sorry if I came off as an asshole I meant no disrespect brother I apologize talk to some other member bigmurph is a great person to talk to he is knowledgeable smart n will guide u in the right direction n he's very nice cool guy he could even write u some directions

No offense taken. I want to do things the right way the first time. Carrying additional BF increases risk when taking cycle. I want to be able to maximize my gains on my first cycle by having the correct diet and nutrition along with having my body in a good state. I appreciate everyone's honesty. I don't think your an asshole for being honest. I post things on here to get honest feedback regardless if it's positive reinforcement to constructive criticism. Thanks for your input.
Pounds23I really think u seem like ur dedicated dude and I'm far from perfect unfortunately my buddy had his mom's brand new Mercedes Benz and it was like the ls something it's was like this crazy sports car with bucket seats it had sport mode paddle shifters 150,000 dollar car this thing was insane talk about power he picked me up and he keep driving like a nut and I told him to stop just as I clipped my belt in he lost control smack the guard rail at 100 going around a turn n we hit the guard rail and we flew up n rolled over to a forty foot drop into a river he died I survived shit bother me everyday I waited forever to join this board cause I seen how they treated new people n I thoufhr I was way more better then meso but I'm starting to second guess myself man like if mawkakwka whatever it is doesn't agree then just say hey that's pounds opinion this is mine n us just talk about it to get u the best option n the best advise I was people to be safe man idk ur experience with lifting or what ur goals are but iv learned 80% of lifting n looking good is done in the kitchen the rest is cardio n training hard with the correct form the heavey weight will come trust me I wish u the best wiz I really do dude and I'm not bashing u brother I was in the hospital for three month kcomo for three weeks took me a whole year to learn everything back dude finally I'm back but I'll admit my diet is off right now now I'm not cycling I will be in another five weeks just watch ur diet eat clean I just started today man listen alil more and ull be ready to go man I'd say if u eat clean three weeks n alil cardio I believe gear is for are stepping stone to get to the best shape we can get to or as close as we can plus if u got low test u might not know it but low test leads to bad depressing lazyness fatigue ,always tired man it can really screw with u u should also get blood work done before u cycle anything to see where ur levels are at ur baseline then 6 to 7 weeks later do bloods again and see where u are u should see a huge increase
I am sure all of these guys told you the same but seriously bro, first leave the juice alone for awhile. You are young and have a lot of growing you can do natural before considering AAS. Second of course you now know you need to lean yourself up several percentage points of body fat before you mess with AAS. You will be glad you waited. Now in the meantime become a diet disciple, learn how to eat.
I appreciate the input. I will be waiting to take the gear for some time. It's time to go for a cut.

I appreciate all the advice. If I'm carrying to much I'm carrying to much. It is good that I posted a photo so I could get advice from experienced folk. I will be starting a cut before I begin, and continue to ask for suggestions/help before I start.
If your carrying to much...then consider losing a little first... honestly it will pay to do so
You'll never get the results again like you did from your first cycle. I think everyone remembers theres. Take the advise of these guys. They know what there talking about and have your best interest in mind. You don't have to get ripped . Just diet for a couple weeks and prep. The less fat on you the better lean mass you will gain. Pounds23We all started out with nothing skinny or over weight we all got into it to give ourselves that confidence n that feeling of people saying damn n noticing u there no better feel of putting a ton of hard work in and seeing a chick u haven't in awhile n her coming up to u going damn how have u been what have u been doing u look great, n always leave ur ego at the gym door go in with this pick a weight u know u can lift n concentrate on form most important things really food,great clean form, and hard work+dedication the heavy weight will come,keep it up brother keep that attitude stay positive man ull be there just stay with it

Pounds23Ya same here man I think u got the right idea of starting with a test base for ur first but I would tell u first to build up ur base alil more first keep ur diet clean like u said man give urself another month personally I'd say two n then start ur cycle... I'd even tell u if ur really can't wait try just an oral out first like a dbol then two weeks before ur gunna run out of ur dbol through in some winny for four weeks or so keep ur diet clean then take three months off keep lifting working hard then jump on a test n maybe one other compound depending on how ur looking n what ur goal is and listen man don't get down keep that great attitude brother stay positive ull get where u wanna be man trust me this stuff doesn't happen over night ya the gear deff helps but 90 percent of this game is eating good n clean food is more important then lifting then just stay steady n with it man n remember

Please don't take this the wrong way....
To save your self from disappointment and to ensure you get good results from your first cycle, go and do a 12 week diet mixed with some fasted moderate cardio and lean up abit before you start your cycle ....I'm not saying go get ripped but just rid some BF and then start your cycle ....that way you can have more control in making good lean gains ...your first cycle if your compounds are dosed correctly will be one of the best cycles you ever do so therefore give it a good starting point with a leaner body.

Knock about 10% BF off first or you'll be gaining more fat than muscle. Also less chance for estro sides.

Screw eating clean for your 1st cycle. This will be the best cycle for growth. Eat big, sleep big, train hard & heavy. Don't miss out on 20 or 30 pounds of muscle because you want abs.
