Hey bros.. im 4 weeks into my bulker and im finally putting on some good size.. not much of a weight gain but a lot of fullness, sitting at 235lbs up 5lbs. looking to get up to 260lbs .. i guess im have to eat my weight up ...currently running only British pharma goods from Euro Kings sale.. the dbols are fire, on 60mcg a day its giving me amazing pumps..
cycle (BP) Sus 1050mg a wk, Deca 600mg a wk, EQ 900mg a wk, Dbol 60mcg a day
DIET--
breakfast - 10 egg whites,2 whole eggs, 2 pieces of ezikiel bread
2 cups of white rice and 12oz of chicken breast (4x a day)
2 scoops of whey protein with 1 table spoon of peanut butter (2x a day)
6 eggs white, 1 whole egg 1/2 cup of oats
total = 8 meals a day, i go up or down on carbs depending on progress...

dnt worry about the weight u lookin good keep slowly gaining 35lbs will prob make u look all pudgy right now u look big and solid
