Drop your open lift to 370 bro. Next lift i want you to blast 400. Even if 370 feel light. Gauge your last lift on how that 400 feel. Pm me.how you do

let me explain. Too many guys bite off more then they can chew on their open lift. Your open should be what you can triple. Since your not really sure lets play it safe. Your open gets you in the game but its also strategy because those in your weight class may be watchin what you lift to try and beat you. Your open will be a confidence builder and let you know how strong you are that day. Remember in PL meets a attempt doesnt mean shit only good lifts do. I have confidence you will do great. Go in focused disciplined and humble. Let me know. I honestly think your squat and dl goals are realistic from your open. If you feel strong that day i wouldnt be surprised you exceed both goals.
