Received mine today, took a week from ship out date. Not gonna lie, was skeptical but dude came through. Gonna get on point first before I hop on, so it will be at least 3-4 months from now. Haven't touched anything since 2017 so I am more than ready! Few extras were included, overall I am pleased.

It was in my very next order before I completed my order I messaged him here and asked him to include it. And he most certainly did. Not the blind box one or separate. Anytime I message him, he always get back to me, but if you are just expecting it..I would speak to him about and have the shipping info and order number to send him for verification.
