+ 3 Continued Bloods
ad
This is the rest of my bloodwork, when looking at the drawing lab it stated everything was good “In Green. After receiving this from Blokes it looks like there’s a few areas I need to give attention to.
Any insight or info on what this means is much appreciated!
For you non-insurance peeps, this test was only $99.

+1 for posting the bloodwork. I don’t know exactly what you’re running, I saw your review on the testosterone and it’s easy to see it’s doing its job. Your values that are out of range aren’t terribly out of range. Keep in mind you’re manipulating your hormones and throwing your body out of homeostasis. If it was me personally, I wouldn’t change much, I’d probably add some electrolytes into my liquids throughout the day, adjust my vitamin/mineral intake, and go from there. Nothing is out of whack enough to be remarkable for a strength training athlete on steroids. Being realistic, it’s pretty good.
Appreciate your input! From the little Googling I’ve done I can help some of it with D3, Zinc, and Magnesium which I quit taking about 3 months ago.
Who did you order this through? In the US?
Blokes.co
Pay through them, you’ll schedule your appointment at a Labcorp or Quest.
Thats a pretty good price for all the markers.
Overall it looks pretty good and you're right on about adding the supps Mg, D3 & K2
Lipid Panel would be useful addition, its maybe like $10 for basic lipids through Marek if your ordering labs separately. Would also add GGT for liver function & ApoB and Lp(a) for cardiovascular risk.
Thank you, I’ll look into those when I go do my IGF test next week for you know what.
Donating blood will help CBC. Your hormones are going to tank in LH and FSH as your natural manufacturing is shutting down. I’m shootings blanks at the moment (I’m on TRT), and that is the first thing they are testing for me. That’s why PCT is important if you aren’t in TRT.
Yessir, my main concern is my liver and kidneys. I just started taking liver pills today and I’ve been taking 5mg creatine everyday. Is the creatine supplment the same creatine being measured on this panel?
That is creatinine. That is not the same. I think liver supps are generally silly and a marketing ploy. If you are taking orals you are going to strain the system. The key is flushing it where water is the most important thing you can consume. Energy drinks and food colorings are extremely damaging to the liver and kidneys fyi.
I drink 10-12 water bottles a day, if not more. I’ve actually started this week trying to drink less because going to the bathroom twice an hour is annoying.
I’ve slowed down on the energy drinks, prob need to cut them out completely. Same with the BC powder.
Appreciate your input brother.
No problem! I wouldn’t stress the bloodwork you have. I think it’s pretty good. The real question is what does it look like a month after you drop orals.
I guess we’ll see, I’ll be running 50mg
of Anavar ED the last 4 weeks.
