Metapharma bloods
my total test came back at 772 ng/dl after running 250mg / wk of the metapharma sustanon since I think april 2nd. Prior to this I was running the same dose of some test that was prescribed to me through my trt clinic and my total test levels were around 1177 on that Same dosage in the beginning of march. Back on 5/10/23 my levels were 3,878 from only 300-400 mg/wk. Im worried that I’m becoming less responsive to testosterone. I’m also currently running 800 mg / wk of the meta primo. Should the primo affect my testosterone levels in any way? One thing to note, even though my total test levels are lower on the meta gear at the moment. I still feel better. My sex drive is ridiculous right now on the sustanon. Way better than I ever felt on the prescribed test from the compounding pharmacy.

You also have to factor in the actual amount of testosterone you're getting. Different esters have diff volumes and this effects actual test available from the injection. For your TRT you were probably prescribed Test C which 250 MG/ week which factoring ester weight of of 31% you get 172 MG/ week of actual Test. On the same 250mg of sustanon it's probably closer to 130-150mg depending on the specific mix

I pin my test daily regardless of esther.
I have a friend whose receptors become saturated while on trt and he stops using everything completely I think 3-4 weeks and again his body responds better, it could be this bach, this underdosage maybe

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the @metapharma gear. My test levels were falling drastically already while still on the prescribed gear from the trt clinic. I think it’s just me.

What’s your pinning frequency with the sust? The other testosterone you were using was most likely a longer esther. Your free test is great, which is a result of the primo with the shbg. You should be pinning at least 50mg ed minimum of shorter test.

If you test 5 days after pin, you are crashing. You are only consuming ~160mg of longer test.
I always pin my test daily regardless of esther. I’ve been doing this almost religiously for the last year. Im taking 250 mg / wk and have been splitting that dosage across 7 days so that breaks down to almost 36 mg per day. Do you think I should bump up my dosage to get more of the shorter esthers?
Yes, you COULD use a higher dose. That sust is only 30mg prop & 60mg phenylprop, which would be about 13-15mg a day. I would guess you are simply burning through those low esthers which is why your free test is so good. Bioavailability is the name of the game here. I pin 100mg test e once a week for my trt & my bloods read 600 range total & 150 range free. I would take what you have over that any day of the week, but it could be largely attributed to the primo. I would probably use an easier dosing volume like .25ml or .5ml ed. I just purchased zero space 1ml pins to get really precise with my next run. It can make a huge difference... at least it does for me as I tend to pin heavy.
On an other note... I don't think you have peaked yet. If you started first week of April, I am assuming your blood draw was only three weeks or so from first pin. I would guess you would be higher in two weeks once those longer esthers start releasing.

Quality posts. Thank you for your replies. Really disappointed to see my levels drop from being so high though… I went from nearly 3,900 total to physiological levels. Granted I lowered my dosage, but only slightly.
I get it... there was a guy on here testing 3000+ level total test on what he said was 250mg of test e weekly. There are super responders, but the likelihood is so small. I'm curious, what kind of test were you taking last year?
I was taking the same prescribed test from my trt clinic’s compounding pharmacy. It’s actually a blend. 180mg test cypionate and 20 mg test proprionate per ml.
That sounds like the difference. Keep it the same and get bloods drawn in 2-3 more weeks. It sounds like you are on track with that ratio. The longer test is about 160mg & Makwa said the common ratio one should see is 500ng/dl per 100mg. That would be 800ng/dl which is right about where you are. I think your levels haven't peaked yet and you are burning through the short esthers.
