+ 21 Gym progression
Years away from getting to the level a lot of guys are at.
Top picture was June 2022 running 500mgs test c p/w for 12 weeks, diet was ok, training hasn’t really changed. Looking back I was in no place at all to be running anything had only been back to the gym after a 6 month break and let my body go to sh*t - test was the last thing I needed. I came off after this cycle and crashed hard, kept training but probably looked worse. Mentally in one of the worst places I had ever been. Took me from Nov 22 to around March 23 to get back in a good head space.
2nd picture is June 23, running 400mgs test e and 50mgs anavar (only on var around 1.5 weeks at this point) best I have looked in years, good head space and proud of what I had done in around 3 months. Diet was on point, was around 1.8kcal per day and pushed myself so much harder.
3rd picture is last week cruising on 150mgs test e before my blast. Again nutrition on point and knowledge on gear vastly improved. Currently sitting around 4.5kcal training days and 3.6kcal non training days macros working perfect and growing slowly but surely.
Just started a harder bulk incorporating deca and looking forward to where it brings me.
Again this is probably nothing to some but for me it’s a lot - also the 1st time I have ever posted myself as let the haters hate and love yourself if you are truly getting to where you want to be. Maybe this will give someone the confidence to push themselves or even help someone be a bit prouder of themselves.
That’s some soppy sht I wrote there but fck it sometimes there’s nothing wrong with that.

Great progress m8 and like the lower dosing and basic cycles big believer in using as little as possible and it’s amazing the results can be made on these smaller doses with basic cycles and not to many compounds. Keep up good work.

The irony is you look the best in all of the shots on the lowest amount of gear - Just shows how much diet and better knowledge/Training persistence really makes a difference than banging some Test & some Tabs!

Completely agree, no doubt here is an excellent tool for bodybuilding but man there is so much more to it.
