I have used supplementdirect.com in the past and have had zero issue with them. I have always gotten my product on time and my order has been right. However I ordered on May 1st 2024 and I still haven’t received the correct tracking number for my order. I have emailed their support team, to try and resolve the issue but to no avail. Making this post is kind of a last ditch effort to try and get someone from suppdirect to hear me.

I have been using this supplier for quite a number of years and never had a problem, until now.

My last order included 4 Adelfi Test Cypionate 200, but I received 4 Adelfi Test Enanthate 300. I personally get much better results with Cyp than I do with Enan. I Have tried to resolve the issue through the proper channels of email ([email protected]) with no luck. I have sent three different correspondences over the course of about three weeks and have received absolutely no response.

I can't understand how they can treat a customer of 10+ years by ignoring them. I would have never expected such unprofessionalism and a complete absence of customer service. I am only asking that they correct a mistake that they made. I just want what I ordered.

They have made me feel like a complete sucker as they clearly have no respect or loyalty to their long-term customer. I have certainly showed loyalty to them. As such, I will no longer be purchasing from them unless they make good on my order.

I really like these guys and hope that they don't force my hand.

Been using suppdirect.com for a while, no complaints so far and really pleased with how they conduct their business.

Ordered in february, first package was sent back and then the second one was seized and disposed. Asked for a refund or just answers in general for way over a month, sometimes the message is seen with no reply or just completley ghosted. would love this solved. Thanks
