Fair warning to all who may shop here; the communication is appalling. They don’t answer tickets, don’t answer PMs, won’t respond on this source page, have difficulty with shipping addresses & seem to full of excuses on the rare occurrence a rep answers your coms. It’s not just the ticket system. You guys have kept me in communication limbo for a month. Not handling tickets, PMs not answered & on the rare occasion you do communicate - nothing is resolved. You’re still asking me the same questions I answered several weeks ago, and don’t seem to offer any solution. I’m trying to be patient & respectful but I don’t understand why you can’t simply tell me what’s up. You have me waiting on something I would have remedied myself weeks ago if you’d only given me a clear answer to my clear question. Thank you for your time.

Yeah man, I see that they have logged into the site today, but just aren’t responding to PMs, this source talk feed or even the online ticket system they’ve got on their own site. These guys are very high on the source rankings, it doesn’t inspire confidence that they are simply avoiding communicating with us. I have a pack that was sent to the wrong address about 1000 miles from where I live & I haven’t heard a word from them since.
