Telling me to put my big boy pants on because he states that shipping is anywhere from 5 to 10 days depending on weather conditions instead of what the email sent to me says. Which says 24 hours to receive a tracking number. I’m just going off of the information I’ve received so far. Lack of information does noes not justify poor comments like that. I’m a paying customer requesting an update that should have been provided without me needing to request it.

You’re right I just checked my apartment mailbox and did receive it but there would’ve never been anyway of me knowing without having to continuously needing to check on my apartments remotely accesible mailbox box..Thank you.

At first was super responsive to emails now that I've sent payment emails have stopped I'd just like a update thats all.

My overall experience

Terrible customer service, I ordered from them on the 5th of March and still have not received tracking information. It's been almost 10 calendar days and I have not received tracking information.

It is the worst. No message back to any of my three emails. No tracking information.

There is no tracking for my 1st test order.

  • mankittypower » It looks like it was returned to you guys again because there was an error with the zip code. My home recently re zip coded. I sent you an updated zip code. Had I had the tracking information earlier I could have picked up the package from the post office. So frustrating.

  • mankittypower » You didn't provide tracking information when you said there would be tracking information until 10 calendar days later. So I was completely in the dark. My zipcode was recently updated by one digit and they attempted to deliver it twice and held it at the post office for 5 days until they returned to the sender. Not sending tracking information and being completely in the dark for 10 days is my frustration. I appreciate you finally getting back to me but I just want my test order. Reliability in communication would be a really good thing to improve.
