Very responsive both on eroids and thru their weby, always good to "talk" with - friendly and knowledgeable.
Great T/A for overseas items, less than 3 weeks both orders, packaging is secure and discreet, great security technique to protect customer from customs with easy to understand product identification system for customer, no problems/no product shortages over 2 different orders.
I highly recommend UGF whether you're coming back from a serious sports injury(s), doing HRT for longevity to stay in shape, or going for competition at the highest level. His products will not disappoint you!!

I do not remember the exact ta but I do remember it came fairly quickly because I got a pack and wasn't expecting anything for a bit, I know it was less than 14 days
As everyone says, the prices are so good you would not think the quality is there, but the quality is definitely there and I wouldn't hesistate to use any para pharma gear. Will be grabbing more of that cut stack for sure.
This is a review for my precious experience with the freak. I've been ordering from him for the past 3 years and recommend it to everyone that asks about gear.

The freak always responds quick and easy. Not really necessary to contact him but he's very knowledgeable so he can give out some good advice.
Comes within a week or 2 to the states. Never had a problem with the package being lost or taken. I wouldn't count on the tracking because I checked it everyday and I've received my orders before it was even updated.

****just noticed with my 10/10 spam reviews 3.05am cet 22/02 this source jumped from #4 spot to the #3 ;P

The communication is the best you can find on eroids, there are a lot of communicative sources but this one is crazy good and fast, if i text to my gf it's not so good, seriously i was very impressed and i like it, everything you ask them they reply and you can clearly see this in their area here on eroids.
the package i got was very good overall, one of the best shipment i had, very professional, everything good in its place. shipment is eu friendly, i live in mediterrean central side of europe and the shipment was fast because it came from a close country, i was very happy, it took from 12-09 "acceptance by the sender post services" to 12-23 "delivery day" which was awesome because i put it under my christmas three and i opened on 25th like a fat kid open a chocolate treat, awesome!
i was very happy to be able to partecipate at this ugfreaks promo, i'm very happy with what they delivered to me, this para pharma orals were good, i will try again in the future the dianabol that remained and i guess its gonna be a better experience than this one, because as i said i think the dianabol was good maybe it's just me that did this wrong or whatever.
also looking forward to deal with them again, really good source, recommended for sure!

I live in a EU country and I get my stuff in arounds 10-12 days. Tracking is bugged, and it won't show up until about 6-7 days after you get the tracking number.
I will recommend this source to anyone. It's really nice to get 100$ free gear when you spend 500$ when the price is already great without that bonus.
Got the gear a while ago but just now have started to use it. Communication was good and shipping was fast, no complaints whatsoever.

It seems normal to have to put up with short replys that take 24 hours to get to you in which sometimes it leads on to another question source could of answered in the first message, since this is normal with big international sources I never complain and happy with the service. However UGfreak has set a new standard. I'm genuinely impressed with his customer service, quickly, personal replys that he's taken time to write out and answers every question and also follow up questions. 11/10.
Arrived around 3 weeks, package was solid and well wrapped, no risk of a break.
Nothing special but delivered within the allotted time which I was happy about

+ 5Unfortunately this review is only for the duration of use with their EQ. I did not order enough of their EQ to finish my cycle that I am currently still on, so this review will be solely on my experience during the time of consumption with their product, prior to switching to a different brand due to the fact I did not have enough of UGFs.
Throwing that out their, definitely wish I would have ordered more

They are there when needed. That simple and simplicity is key. I did send out a PM which was never answered but then again, the PM was not that important but a reply would have been nice.
The package took about 14-16 days to get here which was a little over two weeks if I remember correctly. Which personally for me is a tad bit too long but in general, is your average T/A for an international source.
I have received quite a few packages in my days and to be honest, this particular package was the best, secured, wrapped, protected package I have ever received. Its almost as if they went above and beyond to make sure their vials would not break under any condition.
This alone, makes me want to be a repeat customer knowing my packages wouldn't ever be damaged.
Very surprised, to be honest I had my doubts and boy was I wrong. I believe their EQ was concentrated because results with the front load and the sides were all there by week 5. I looked great and felt great, Definitely wished I would have ordered three more vials to finish off this cycle I'm currently still on.
After using their EQ, I wonder how the rest of their oils are... Guess I'll have to place another order! Give them a try, I enjoyed them, you'll most likely will too.
