500ml whole milk.
100gs almond butter.
100gs ground oats.
2 scoops whey isolate.
1 banana to eat alongside.

TOTAL CALORIES 1635

Remember what goes into the shake, Not sure of the amount other then 500ml milk..also add oats, almond butter,few scoops of protein powder and a banana to eat along side of it..think it adds up to around 1600 calories per shake..can't think of the amounts of each Ingredient tho, shoot viking a pm

It was the whey, milk, oat, and peanut butter one. Can't remember the exact quantities though

Yeah, dont know where it went either.

It was protein, I wanna say milk, oats, peanut butter, and maybe something else.

For me personally,

I do 6 raw eggs, milk and peanut butter and the oats separate. I cant stand the chunkiness of the shake from the oats.
