Protein Pudding (low sugar version)

Ingredients:
1 Packet of Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix
1 Scoop of your favorite protein (I use designer whey protein right now = 20g protein)
1-4 packets of Splenda (Adjust or skip for your level of sweet tooth)
8-10oz of cold water.

Directions:

1) Mix everything in bowl with a spoon first. Break down the clumps of powder with the spoon.
2) Use an electric hand mixer for about 3-5 minutes to get a good consistency.
3) Store in fridge covered for 15-30 minutes

Eat cold through the day any time you get a sweet tooth

Macros:

Carbs: 24g (the only sugar is from the protein scoop)
Protein: 20g (1 scoop whey protein)
Fat: 0-2g (from protein scoop)
Calories: ~176 calories

I have used the recipe in the past to avoid eating other deserts that contain a lot more sugar carbs. If you split this into 4 servings it's only ~50 calories each!!!!
