Any reason you couldn't test HGH levels at the same time as IGF?

As seen two major tests for potency of HGH......HGH levels and igf.
Any reason you couldn't follow the standard protocol of 10 ius 3.5 hrs before , injected im....and just order both tests?
Thoughts?
