Letrozole tends to kill your estrogen levels and drop them to nearly zero. You will end up in a bad state if you take even slightly too much letro. It will be like cancer for your joints.

I highly recommend looking at Arimidex (Anastrazole) or Exemestane (Aromasin) for any estrogen control purposes. Dosage would depend on what you are running and your sensitivity to aromatizing.
