Blended meals

I was thinking about adding a few blended meals to my diet. I was wondering if anyone had any recipes they wanted share? Or maybe some ideas i could try. I went and bought a new blender, and im anxious to try it out.

blended mixes... my favorite is simple any chocolate whey protein powder a whole banana and 2 Tbsp of creamy peanut butter.
Other things that I find can make a shake more satisfying, yogurt any flavor you happen to like, but greek really is the cleanest for you. As was mentioned you can throw in some rolled oats for extra carbs, a little ground flax is nice of those EFA's
If you aren't worried about being super clean and don't mind the extra calories, vanilla whey + oreo cookies + Peppermint extract is pretty good, just don't get carried away with the extract it's strong stuff...
Adding a little ice and making a smoothie is always nice, or using frozen fruit, very the flavor of whey or MRP your using and keep mixing it up so you don't get bored with it. Nothing wrong with an occasional MRP to simplify a meal plan just make sure you don't replace too much sold food with it is all... cheers
Breakfast is the hardest meal for me to eat so i recently came up with a shake that has been working really well.
500ml water, 80-100g oats, half a banana, 3 strawberrys, 10 blueberrys, 2 sccops of syntha 6 and spoon of peanut butter for fats. Throw all that in a blender obviously. Great breakfast.
JtizzleJust, IMO, try to use the blended calories as extra... depending on goals of coursr. But I like the theory of "don't drink your calories"
Of course if ur bulking that changes a bit ..
Thats kinda my goal. I get tired of eating 6-7 meals a day. I figured i could add a blended meal in the mix to get a few extra calories.
