Side note: GNC will rape you for money. If that's of any importance to you look for supplements elsewhere. I usually use bodybuilding.com but you can find even better deals than the ones there if you look around.

Honestly man, I think Bruce Lee had a perfect physique. I would love to look like him with alittle bigger arms. I have no desire to just be huge and undefined like a powerlifter.
