+ 1 My Interactive Experience/Log (Join In and Help Guide Where This 3-Month Period Goes)

Ok so here is the gist of it, i am not new to training itself in terms of it all when it comes to all natural methods, but my first cycle was started this week and i want to list my events/actions/diet...etc. Also i want people to chime in with corrective criticism and guidance in reflection to what i post so that it can be altered moving forward along this all.

Me: Meso/Endo --- 6'1'' 262lbs (Weighed today 11/3/2015)- Caucasian Male

Day 1

Noon-- Receive Gear

9AM: Woke up feeling good and awake, not very hungry, but force myself to get into moving order.
10AM: Breakfast consists of 2 protein shakes (50g), handful of almonds, 5 eggs.
1-PM : 250mg intramuscular Test-E
1:30-PM: 40mg Dianabol/Methan oral
2:30 PM: Quaker oats protein bar (15g -- too much sugar) and protein shake
3:30 PM: Chugged two bottles of water and drove to the gym to begin work out roughly around 3:50pm
3:50 PM - 6:10PM: Worked out Chest/Back/Traps --- Feeling very good in terms of little soreness @ high weight. Chest = Maxed+additional weight on flies, Back+Row machine multiple attachments maxed+10 lbs, Traps 75lb shrugs dumb bells and smith machine @ 200lbs. Average of each is roughly 80-120 reps per session/attachment and usually do drop sets.
7:00 PM: Feeling really good already, nice pump and feel awake without being tired in the least bit. I notice i am instantly hungry after i relax a bit after the drive home and begin to cook/eat.
7:20PM: 10Egg whites + two slices of cheddar cheese w/ peppers, 1 Protein Shake (25g) and some salt free multi grain pita slices. Feel satisfied, but after sitting down i start to realize i havnt had one urge all day in terms of sexual thoughts which is very off for me.
8:00PM: Being concerned about my libido so early on i decide to go "make sure its not damaged", all is okay just needed stimulation so i back off of that fear. I realize my libido is very inconsistent about a half a day into it all which i thought wouldn't come about for 2-3 days at earliest.
9:30 PM: Hungry already again (This is insane!) so i head to Shoprite and grab some sorta old sushi (Dragon Roll) and some teriyaki chicken.
10:45-11PMish: I head back to my gym since i am wide awake still and now that i have eaten feel energetic, i begin to do my leg workout out of routine for about 45minutes.
12:15AM: Return home and grabbed a four pack of shakes on the way back, arrival back at home though i drink two shakes as i am already hungry and begin munching on some almonds.
2AM: Still wide awake and still hungry every hour, i make an eggwhite omelette out of 5 eggs and destroy some peanut butter. Starting to get agitated with the constant appetite at this point.
5AM: After laying in bed for about 2 hours desperatly trying to fall asleep i begin to finally get some comfort in terms of becoming relaxed and fall asleep shortly after this period.

Overall: Not a bad day for the beginning, some side effects came on much different and more quickly than expected, but the only main downside of it all was the hunger which aided me with the restlessness.

will update day 2 and 3 tomorrow, just dont feel like typing much at the moment.

The guys below gave you good advice, one thing i would suggest is splitting up your dbol doses, its got a very short half life about 4 hours so its in and out very quickly, you want to have steady levels of it in your blood all day long so it can work its magic i would take 10mgs after breakfast, 20mgs 1-1.5hrs preworkout and 10mgs 4 hours after that. You could go 10 10 10 10 every 4 hours to keep levels even more stable and really have it in your system all day but i like a bigger dose preworkout because im a pump junkie, but thats just me though. Some guys like tot take their orals all in one big dose pre workout and ive done it but i like the split dosing better, seem to get less side effects and better results.

Thats an awful lot of protein powder and protein bars. You do realize you are shitting out most of your daily protein right? Sub out the 50grams of powder in the morning for more eggs and sub out the next powder for more food protein. you should be trying to get 90% of your protein from food not powder. Im glad you didnt say you gained 10 pounds in 2 days.

Placebo effect........... classic feel good factor just knowing there is exogenous test flowing, its amazing what the brain can do when it spits out the Serotonin.

U need to meal prep bro and follow the macros i posted. Prepare, cook, boil, grill, bake and refrigerate turkey, chicken, beef, fish, sweet potatoes, brocolli, squash, rice, etc...prepare and cook for five days...and follow foods that u know are good for your blood type in adequate amounts....

Write down a plan on paper starting at 0600 hrs what u need to eat...1-2 cups of oats, 12oz pork loin, 3 whole eggs, with 2 tablespoon olive oil 16oz of milk...next eat time 0800 hrs almonds, 12 oz chicken, 2 cups of brocolli...1000 hrs 16 oz milk 2 cups squash 12 oz of beef.....1200hrs one shake and a turkey sandwhich with lettuce tomato cheese onion.2 cups sweet potato....1400 hrs 3 hard bolied eggs 2 cups of cottage cheese...16 oz milk...1600 hrs 12 oz fish one piece of bread with water...1800 hrs....squash/brocolli combo with 12 oz chicken....2000 hrs olive oil 2 tablespooons on a salad with 8 oz turkey.and a shake...add all that up.....u wont be getting hungry bro....u could also add in one of vikes shake: 500cc of milk, 100g almond butter, 100g ground oats, 2 scoops whey/casein protein isolate, 1 banana...make sure ur drinking 2 gallons of water this....
