GH 5iu/daily split or all at once?

I started peptides along with my GH hyge black tops and so I switched my 2.5 am and 2.5iu pm protocol to 5iu am all at once. I did this because I added in some peps: 25mg Mk-677/day and 5mg CJC w DAC/week.
My reasoning was the following:
I will have one large GH spike in the morning and hopefully multiple smaller endogenous spikes throughout the day. I thought that pinning 5iu in the morning is less disruptive then pinning 2.5iu am and 2.5iu around noon.
Should I go back to my old protocol and simply add the peps in? Does exogenous GH blunt endogenous release?

Help would be appreciated, thanks guys

yaa I actually do kinda have scientific proof of this. First off it's pretty well accepted around bodybuilding forums. Second was my experiment. My igf-1 baseline was 124. Started on 5ius ed and re tested a month later and my igf-1 was 365, meaning an increase of 48 per iu of gh. 365-124=241/5
So that 5ius raised my igf-1 by 241 points

So then what I did was up my dose to 8ius Ed and start shooting all throughout the day including a night time dose. So adding another 3ius at a 48 per iu increaE should have jacked my levels up over 500. Well that's not what happened, on the same batch of gh on 8ius my igf-1 levels came back in the 376So whys that? Wih my 124 point baseline and the 48 point increase per iu 8x48=384+124=509. So what gives it only went up 11 points for an extra 3ius? Well shooting later in the day meant negative feedback to my pituitary resulting in shutdown of my natural gh production, effectively removing my 124 point baseline from the equation leaving only the 48 point per iu increase. 48x8=384, pretty damn close to 376.

So overall there is not gonna be any published studies on bodybuilders illegally using gh. But here's the next best thing, my study.

Interesting... Thanks for sharing iron!! Did you shoot all your 5iu in the am at once before breakfast? What GH was it if you don´t mind me asking

Na back then I would take 2.5iu first thing in the morning and then 2.5 around noon. Then when I moved to the 8 I would do 2 am 2 noon 2 post workout and 2 before bed. Right now I'm doing am and pm. Pretty soon I'm gonna start shooting it all right befoe bed and see how that works. And gh I was usig back then was just some generic black tops not hyge.

look in my pic section for bloods. IGF-1 is way higher than I could have ever imagined but tbh the results don´t live up to my expectations especially considering my sky high IGF-1.

Pin am and noon like you said . Then you'll still get your natural release at night time. Then you can add you peps at night time. Yes exogenous gh wil inhibit the release of martial gh If it's still in your system. But by doijg your last pin at 1 or so it will have plenty of time to clear hour system so you get your night time relaase. Atlesdt that's how it should work.
