Dizzy/lightheaded week 4 of sustanon 250e3d - 0.5adex e3d.

Long time lurker, first time poster.
I am using sustanon 250mg e3d for 4 weeks now. 5 days ago after following the advice from a friend I added 0.5mg arimidex e3d. I must note that I did NOT had any high estrogen related side effect when I started the arimidex. Since I added the arimidex (end of third week) I started being dizzy and lightheaded. Today for example, I did not finish my assistance to the deadlifts as I thought I would pass out.
Is possible for the arimidex to be causing the issues? I am thinking of dropping it. I should also mention that I am not sure if my blood pressure is high. I ordered a BP monitor. I should have it tomorrow.
Can the more experience users of eroids shed some light?

Edit:This is my first cycle. I am 28yo 192-195lbs around 15-17% bodyfat (not sure).

Your BP is most likely going to be high because you are on cycle - your first at that.
One of the side affects of arimidex is dizziness. with a precaution about high BP
If you weren't experiencing estrogen related side effects, back off of the arimidex and see if you start to feel better.
For future, you can walk into any large pharmacy and they have a free BP monitor you can use. Sometimes the pharmacist will take it for you if she likes you.
Phamacys include duane reade, cvs, Wallgreens , rite aid heck I seen the also in path mark supermarkets

How much water are you drinking bro?
I think you are right. I am not drinking enough water. I barely have any to be honest. I drink a lot of tea etc. I must up my game. I will start drinking way more.

I use adex for every cycle and ive never had that problem. Sustanon should have not been your choice for your 1st run as said by Mrs.Suzy and all day. Test e or c would have been the ticket. If your friend had any witts about himself he would have told you this. All I can see is that your estro might be crashed drop the adex and see what happens and if it continues I'd scrap the the whole cycle and regroup.....better safe than sorry!
750/1000mg pr wk that works out at, far too much for a first cycle and totally the wrong steroid, adex use is probably crashing your estro but lets see what the guys have to say, hows your fluid intake?
My fluid intake is OK to lowish. I drink a lot of herbal tea etc but not enough water. As I mentioned in another post I must up my game. I will start drinking a pint or so every so often.
I had 0 side effects from sustanon (except a feeling of well being and strength). Once I added the arimidex everything god efed up. I will drop arimidex and take it from there. Good think that it has a short half life. I should be out of its influence tomorrow morning.
Hey bro, not sure if the adex would cause that but I do know sust can have harsh sides on some people and probably shouldn't of been the first compound you tried. Make sure your bp is in check and monitor it as soon as you get the monitor.it could be out of wack. Check it in the mornings or at times we're your not really active , otherwise the reading can be inaccurate. Good luck brother
