In general as a rule, no it does not happen this way, in fact its the opposite. I go to get some intravenous treatments now and again and everytime the nure has an older man or woman they have to stick them multiple times before finding a vein. Of course a 50 yr old thats lifting weights and juicing is not the "in general" circumstance. Nurses have told me as people get older their veins become harder and harder to find.
