After doing much research and doing the math, I figured that someone my size at 5'9 190lbs would dose EPO at three 5,000 iu injections 3 times per week for 4 weeks. I went under a little bit as the original math brough me to about 5,118iu three times per week.

Of course I would be going to get blood work done, as I'm not trying to kill myself and I know Erythropoietin is a dangerous thing to mess with.
Could anyone with some experience using EPO tell me if that dosing sounds about right?
