Hey guys fisrt post, i have been reading up and down this pct forum topic but cannot find my answer. Can someone please tell me how to properly pct with 50mg nolva capsules considering the modern dose for a basic cycle is 40/40/20/20? Would one capsule a day the first 2 weeks suffice followed by 1 every other day the last 2 weeks due to the long half life of the nolva?

50 a day for first week.....same for second.....half for third ....half for fourth. Twist caps open. Its not easy with caps but doable
And you have clomid too?
