Soooo since this seems to be a subject that I come across fairly often I figured I would shed some light  on the subject. Many people have an idea of what form of media is the best for oral substances but there is no concrete answer to what truly is the best. I'm going to do my best to help everyone get an understanding for what is truly the most efficient means of ingestion. First off let me start by giving some background on myself. I am a student double majoring in chemical engineering and biochemistry.  I have been involved in the process an manufacturing of many different compounds legal and illegal and for the past year  have been working with some sources on developing their products. I have first hand experience in everything from LSD and MDMA to steroids to experimental lab chemicals for various thesis's for my masters degree.  

First off I will start with the one of 3 main oral drug vessels. 

Caps:  this is perhaps the most unsettling of methods of packaging for me. This is because unless you have a GMP approved facility, it is almost impossible to properly dose these. Bro science does not work here as many sources try to use. To fill a cap the manufacturer must find a size that is appropriate and decide whether or not they will add filler to the main chemical or not. Unless you are using a very large amount of chemical, chances are there will be filler. This is where the dosing gets dicey. You have to mix the chemical with the filler ahead of time in the proper ratio so that ever given amount has the proper dose. For instance if you want a 50mg anavar cap and it holds 250mg total, you must account for the extra space. The ratio for this mix would be a 1 to 4 mix of hormone to filler. Add 50g of hormone and 200g of filler an you have a total of 250g. In theory that means that for every given weight you will have the correct ratio of hormone to filler. So I you mix the powder and measure out 250mg, presumably you will have 1 cap worth. This is incorrect! Powders can never be mixed perfectly by this method. You must employ other techniques. Since most manufactures simply mix the powder thoroughly there is ALWAYS improper dosing. 1 cap may be 40mg and the next 53mg. This is the main downfall of capping your chemicals. Most manufacturers do not go though the necessary steps to assure proper dosage. Guaranteed. 

Next I will talk about the, in my opinion, better 2 methods of ingestion.

Suspensions: The first is the use of a liquid  media. This is perhaps the easiest an simplest method. For a manufacturer to to produce this they must first choose a specific chemical they wish to use. Once they decide on the chemical it is imperative to find a solvent that will properly dissolve the chemical completely. Certain solvents will only dissolve a certain amount of solute per given volume. It's important to find the most effective solvent. It is also important to find a solvent that will not damage your chemical. Once this has been done you merely figure out the ratio of chemical you would like per ml for example and dissolve it. 30g per liter of solvent will yield 30mg/ml. Now my problem with this method is simple. One, what I'd you spill the bottle? Your screwed. The other is that chemicals are less stable in this form. HGH is the most common example.  From a manufactures standpoint you must the afford to buy bottles, droppers if you choose and labels which is substantial depending on the quality you desire. If you choose cheep plastic obviously it's less pertinent than choosing high quality glass. 

Finally! This is the longest explanation so bare with me. 

Tabs: The final of the 3. If you read all of this, congrats, it's almost done. This is the most complex in my experience to manufacture correctly.  Once again you must first decide in the given amount you want in each tab. Fist you must make a few test tabs in order to check for the final weight. This weight will be used during the whole production. If you have multiple mold for different tabs of different sizes than you must find out the weight of each for each chemical. That aside, once you have the final weight you must figure out the ratio for chemical to binder.  We will use a simple example. Let's say that one tab weighs 100mg.  You want a 50mg tab of anavar. To do this the ratio of hormone to binder will be 1 to 1. Therefor you ratio if chemicals will be 50g of hormone to 50g of binder. Now once again this is mixed and then you can just press the tab out and have correct doing right? NOOOOO!  This is the same problem as the caps.  What I do to ensure a CORRECT dosing is employ the use of a solvent.  Now in chemistry the only way to mix two solids together and get a uniform product is to dissolve them. At this point you will take the 100g total of hormone/binder and dissolve it fully in a solvent. A specific amount is not necessary; it just had to be fully dissolved. This forms what is called a homologous mixture, meaning that the molecules of the solutes are  completely and evenly distributed within the solvent perfectly. If you mix salt in a glass of water it dissolves evenly, same rules apply. At this point you have a great mixture of chemicals that is liquid... Yaaaay! Now you must solidify it again. From here I would take the liquid and deposit it into a large sheet pan or glassware and bake it at 130 degrees. For common solvents such as alcohol this is a more than adequate temperature to evaporate the solvent. Then you must wait until the solvent is completely evaporated and your chemicals are left powdery and dry.  This dry powder is 100% evenly mixed. From here you take the the powder and you can press it as planned.  Now this is a perfect Mother fuckin oral! I say that for several reasons. One is that it's perfectly dosed. Two is that it is the most stable form of any compound you will have to deal with. And if you spill the container, it will not be a waste of money and the end of the world. You pick them up. It is also easier to conceal pills than it is a bottle of liquid... Atleast in my opinion. 

So now that you are at the end of this long article let me sum everything up.  Tabs are the most work but yield the best result. Liquid is second because of the best accuracy of dosage.  Caps are a shot in the dark more than not however. Of course everyone should keep in mind that a shady or dishonest manufacturer will screw all of these up or simply try to short you no matter what. I have been involved with honest manufacturers that will go through the extra trouble of dosing thing properly. From a manufacturers  standpoint the cheepest for them is going to be the worst for you.  Hopefully this was insightful for some people and they can better understand which option is the best in their opinion.
