cardio and blood pressure

High blood pressure runs in my family and although at 32 Ive never had any issues it does concern me a bit since Ill be starting my first cycle soon. Just how effective is cardio in keeping BP down and would I have to do cardio every day or say 3-6 times/wk? Ill be on a test-e only cycle but may run dbol the first four weeks (not likely). Please dont recomend BP medicine or some other drug unless its weed lol.
