Today was the end of my first week of fasted cardio.
45 minutes first thing in the morning on an elliptical.
Down to 197 from 201.

Your abs are just about to pop, you can see the outer lines are there already, it's just a matter of time. In a month you'll be ripped at your rate.
Good look overall aswell mate.
Put your feet under your couch and do sit ups. Once you can do 4 sets of fifty without stopping on any of the sets then I would do decline sit ups. Once you get the declines down put some weight on your chest and do them. Run. That's how I got my abs I was on test only. I took a year off from lifting and never lost my abs.
waltri used to do them but it's been a while, i got fat between then and now..so i might give that a shot
i'd do them for 15 minutes doing as many as i could stopping for 10 seconds and repeating until the 15 minutes was up
Don't go over board with it. I went to extreme with fasted cardio and very low carb and flattened out way to fast. If I wouldn't have taken weekly pics I would've never noticed how flat I got. I had to cut back on cardio and increase carbs to get it right.
It works but must be monitored. I went from 232 at 23% in January to 199 at 13% on May 1st.
waltrthanks for the advice, i'm really not trying to get too dramatically lean or anything.
I'm probably only gonna keep it up for a couple more weeks and then just get my diet right to maintain whatever weight i'm at.
Looking lean already, how much u trying to cut?

Np I forgot to put do a carb refeed every 7 days on your off day, 350-400g. Maybe every 5 if your are going flat fast. Looking good tho brotha! Abs will pop in a few weeks easy
