Shoot me a pm with the details ill check up on it. Statuses update automatically at times dependant on the method of payment. Some email providers will block us as spam as well, you should have gotten a confirmation email then an update afterwards, but the second update depends on what method you used. Dont post it here, pm me and ill help you out, one method has like 3 day delays and im assuming you've done that one.
The “1776 Admin Team” wrote me back this morning. Asking for more information. I provided the information but haven’t heard back. I’m concerned that I make a payment to you all and for whatever reason you are not able to find it? I’m not upset, but it is concerning man. It should be a seamless transition.
You got caught right in the middle of these payment method issues, we try to respond to everyone multiple times a day until the issue is fixed but keep in mind we get 100's of emails a day and a lot of them are...well..dumb questions..they take up a lot of our time but we help everyone no matter how simple their questions are.
@usgear / @76 what do I need to do to get this corrected. It really shouldn’t be this complicated to verify my payment and to communicate properly man. We have an email that only been replied to once and I haven’t heard back since yesterday morning. Last night I PM’d you at your request with no response. I’m starting to feel taken.
We typically don't have this much of a delay with verification's, when there's no "Payment Method complications" things move along quite fast, we're usually one of the fastest "from order to door" sources. We really need to get people switched over to using "digital assets" because those methods will never go away and its extremely fast. Every other method works well for a while then they get wind of it and they get shut down. Its happened to so many payment methods over the years, just part of this business.
so i have 6 successful orders through here. All have been great. I placed one on friday and have no update. I am not too worried but it is unusual. I trust it will all be worked out. I am sure its issues with the payment method.
This is my first order with this site and my guard is up due to having an issue with another site that just straight up took my money. When people don’t do a simple thing like communicate. It just makes my guard go up more. Plus I’m kinda on a time crunch, so I need to know if the order is coming or not. If not, I’ll reorder someplace else. I just thought I’d give these guys a try.

There are some issues with 2 payment methods now, the 2 that arent related to crypto are undergoing some fraud algorithm changes and its going to be a big problem for everyone out there accepting those methods. Anyone that gets caught up in a delay related to this we're going to make it right of course.
