I recently had my third order from them. Tracking didn't work for well over a week. Finally got a new tracking today and it's working. Royal mail has been pain in the a**. Heard they are having issues with deliveries again. Hopefully ya'll get your packs soon. Waiting for mine to be delivered soon.
I've seen a few other people commenting about stuck deliveries & no communication so thought I'd throw my hat in. I also have a tracking number with no movement. Maybe it's the nature of shipping this kind of product or maybe stedsrus is busy but it's nerve wracking being out a good chunk of money with radio silence.

I paid for an order on the 8th of February, I got the confirmation email of payment and it being shipped via 1st class next day delivery and still nothing
I have contacted them 17th Feb via WhatsApp which they read. Still no reply and have emailed them today.
We have replied to you and shown to you that Royal Mail tried to deliver to you but you wernt at home, the tracking number was uploaded on your online account for you to view. So please do rearrange delivery for your order with Royal Mail
Last communication was 8th of February. Tracking shows the the "product" is still in transit. If it had been delivered I would have received a card stating it was missed also I'd have footage of siad delivery.
You have not replied to my query at all your last correspondence was on the 8th like I said.
So what is the next step?
