4iu daily. Either pre or post. Crazy fat loss and my skin looks incredible. Has a glow to it that I've never seen.

I ordered late Friday night . Product was shipped on a Saturday and I received it Monday. Unbelievable I don't even know how that was possible as the post office is closed on Sunday.
