Makwa, an old trusted member of eroids was a guru, roid/training expert. I could be wrong so don’t quote me, I would have to search for his old post, but I believe he ran dhb at a higher dose around 5-600 mgs a week and said the full benefits took around 6 weeks take effect.
Makes posted blood tests showing dhb as a good product and not screwing up bloods. Dhb higher because it binds tighter so excess test has more time to convert to e2 and unused. Dhb is a breakdown of eq. I ran the dhb eq test and can say to adjust the test as needed per blood tests.
Mind sharing your ratios of these? I'm doing the same. Have only ran test mast DHB before. Running EQ instead of mast due to shortage. Personally I have to run EQ around half of test or I feel too low E. Considering adding a lil mast e since I have some but not enough to run more than 200/week. Doing 600/300/300 test/dhb/eq. Used to be able to get 200mg DHB to run it higher but that pip was rough.
That was also like 5 years ago lol. Makwa was a wealth of info but how we view DHB in the last couple of years has changed quite a bit. Even over the past year. It went from being PIP city to its brewed well. To being Liver Death to its not that bad.
500-600mg of DHB sounds insane to me to be honest. Im slowly getting into lower dosing and realizing some of these large doses are not needed.
300mg of DHB was the magic for me. I have blood work showing my liver enzymes were normal while on it. I just ordered from Iron Lion bogo I have 12 vials on the way, I am so excited.

I use the oils. They are my top three that I use. When I started putting up cycle pics when using it the it got more popular everybody is using iron lion now. Not a bad review yet
