Ordered various products on 16th Sept, paid for them straight away via bank transfer, but not heard anything since?
Im UK based so should have seen them now, i've emailed them twice but nothing??
Ordered stuff back in early Aug and received ok, any idea what's going on??
I have some very good news Jon emailed me on the 4th of August, to let me know what happened to my
order its all long winded but basically it ended up in his trash folder, so he dug it out and found it. He also
said it was going to the wrong email address, i don't know what was going on. But my order was there
Jon is also going through a very bad time himself i new something was up.But that is his personal life
i have no right's to interfere in his life.Look i have used most of the UK TO UK SOURCES and i have not had any major problem's with any of them,some of these guys have wife's, family's kids etc just like we do, they are not robot's. Some have to take care of their elderly. This Covid has F£$%^D everything up.So today 6th of August i got my order at last.Some wil ask did i get free gear for writing this & the answer is NO!. Don't ask for it and i don't accept it. Old Fool from the old school.Sorry no picture due to house rule's. At least Jon

So i sent GM my first email which was on the 15th July, i asked him when will my order be shipped no
reply. I know most of the sources are having problems with not getting their supply in also the Royal Mail
is under stress with the levels of post being slow due to this covid-19 shit.So i waited due to the problems
we are having, i waited then sent him a second email which was on the 25th of July, i told him that we are going through a very bad time with this covid-19 & i understand,even asked him are you well or not are
you having problems of some kind,what ever the reason please could you reply to my email & that's being
humble.I even told him that i did not want to go on eroids discussion board, rather sort it out with you
first with emails no reply at all 5th day today after sending second email.That's UK to UK delivery i have ordered from GM before no problem's at all. I do not know what is going on will not be sending any more
email's not in the habit of sending email's after email's.I had to tell other member's what is going on in the real world.I have not been on eroids due to personal problem's also my mom having breast cancer taking
care of her plus this F@£$%^&G covid-19.Now i understand MJ's song " Heal the world and make it a better
place for me and for you and the whole universe "something like that anyway you guy's take care &
please be safe. I will try to let you guy's know if i get the order cant' say what it is due to rule's. :(

It’s normal to receive that pack without the tracking updating. That’s not massives doing just stupid postal service. It’s happened to me several times.
Yeah I totally get it’s not Massive’s fault in any way, but it’s been 10 days waiting for a next day delivery item now. Don’t know if massive would want me chasing up a lost item with them or not.

GM resent the parcel received it the next day, must of been Royal Mail losing the first one. Communication can be slow but overall all good
