His replies were on time and straight forward. it was busy time of the year but he managed to answer everything
package arrived safe and sound within 10 days. i was not expecting it within this time frame as lot of christmas packages were floating around. the local post office had to search for 10-15 mins to find my parcel due to rush and huge number of packages.
this stuff is dosed v well and i recommend this company and supplier.

Everything was packaged tight and it was received well within the time period.
The postal service did not deliver the package to me the first time around and sent it straight back to XROIDS. I contacted them and explained what happened and without question or concern they sent me another package. The T/A for them to send 2 packages to me was still within their advertised T/A.
I know this isn't a gear review, but supplying a product to a customer, no matter what it is, in a professional manner is worthy of a positive review!

T/A was good for being international after shipped about 2 weeks actually a week earlier than stated.packaging was secure and discrete very satisfied.

Shipping took longer than expected. I ordered on the 2nd day of the Month but payment wasn't picked up until the 9th. They did advise me that there was technical issues. 1/2 of my order was shipped out on the 13th and the Est arrival date is 3rd of the next month. Supposedly the rest of my order will be shipped out 24-48 hrs. My only complaint is that its taking a long time for my items to be shipped and arrive. I was hoping to get these items before next month.
This may be just a one time thing. Inconveniences happen so I don't take it to heart, but I just hope this isnt a regular thing.
I have been dealing with these guys for awhile now and they are the best in my option. they have the best supply of everything and great prices. They also save me even more money every time I order with discounts or sending me extra bottles for buying in bulk. They are great to deal with and there products are a+++. Dealt with these guys before and just recently. Got my 1st package before the date promised and my second package a few days after the promised date. Satisfied with the product and the overall communication between them and myself.

At first communication was great. I sent payment it was received. That was one week ago. I paid 10$ more than the amount of order because of a "10%" promo. The price on my order went down by 10% but my balace shows negative 11$. My status just got changed to paid after I sent a few to tickets asking why after 5 days of $ being recieved I still hadn't had any update. They have been polite and helpful when they do get back to me. There was some problems with their site. Understandable. They let me know that it would take a day or so to straighten it out. But now it's a week since payment and I haven't recieved any email or response to my last 4 tickets about the negative balance or the pending shipment status. I don't know if it's the site having problems or what. I'm kinda starting to wonder if I made the right choice. It seems like once my payment was recieved communication slowed and no updates On my order. I will post update once I get some more info.

They seem to be on point at first. Now I've sent and had $ recieved but after a week my shipping is still pending and I have a negative balance on my account. After sending 10$ more than cost. I have had no responses in 3 days to any of my tickets inquiring about these issues. I'm just hoping whatever is going on will be sorted out and order sent. I will be quick to post a great review if I knew why or how this happend and that my package is on the way.
honestly i was dissapointed in xroids, i hear so many good reviews from them. i order test enthate and d-bol. gained 4 pounds of muscle, gain no "hulk like stregth". not even the dbol. i used test enthate for 16 weeks and dbol on my last 5 weeks. i just want know what happend xroids?

I ordered dianoxyl and the product wasn't shipped in the timeframe as advertised. It's been over five days and was only supposed to take 3 days. I also tried to get in contact with customer service but nobody responds. I am hoping to see my product shipped in the next day or two.

Had an issue with BitCoin. Bought some BC just for the order, and had to wait about 4 days for it to get to my wallet. Well, in that time it dropped, significantly, enough to screw up how much I bought. Talked with X and he was on point with it. He was able to make it work, despite him having to take a loss on it. I apologized profusely and he was on point.
T/A was as expected. First package arrived in about 10 days and the second one was in my hands by day 16.
Love these guys. I just placed another order for a future cycle.

communication is on point. Every question was answered within 24 hours. X is available here on eroids. But if you make a ticket on the site and ask questions, they will respond the same night.
They kept me up to date with a tracker for each of the 6 packs my order was divided into.
Packaging was extremely tight and safe. To the point that it was difficult to get into. That's a good thing. Nothing was damaged.
Xroids is my #1 go to source. US domestic is convenient, but no US source can hold a candle to the reliability, cost, and quality of Xroids products. I recommend Xroids to everyone who asks about a good source. I've yet to have a better experience anywhere else.
