I have used this source multiple times, but the last time I used it, I WAS SCAMMED. They eventually gave me a tracking number for a missing shipment, but when I entered it into the originating country's tracking system, it was invalid. The short of it is that Xroids never shipped this part of my order at all.

Dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. Instead of a "customer is always right" mentality, they take a "customer is always lying approach."

This is disappointing, because they were such a good source in the past.
