Ordered from this supplier for at least 4 years and I've never been let down. Follow the rules don't bombard with emails when it doesn't arrive the next day !

I ordered Black top hyge hgh 100iu, the codes came back as counterfeit. I emailed UKA and sent a pic of the codes on 26th aug, I then posted the products back and UKA confirmed they had received them and asked for my address to post a new kit, this was 9th of sep. I am still awaiting the new kit, and have been chasing more or less everyday asking when am I going to receive the new kit. I have asked for a refund and they have advised its against their refund policy.
In the past I have ordered from this source on and off and never encountered a problem, can you please refund as I really dont like chasing people.

The whole process was easy and and smooth. Communication was to the point and professional. Ordered and paid on Monday, Pack was dispatched in the middle of the week.

First time ordering from this supplier,so started with something small to try first. I ordered Elixir Meds but got Gentech instead! Not a big deal as it does say in their Terms that brands can be swapped out even though the brand i ordered did say in stock. Not sure i would order again as they didn't spell my address correctly. I would be too worried if i made a bigger order.

Emails were replied to promptly without any hassle.

+ 1UKA is always nice and supportive. Ordered few times and I must say they are totally reliable and trustworthy. Experienced a minor problem on my second order but Santana has been very kind and professional and fixed it with slight bit of delay.
Multiple orders and number of products but this review is for SIS labs Anavar.
Communication is always polite and professional. Any question I had was take care of every time. "Santana" the new admin and owner has been working very hard to keep up the name and reputation.
No custom worries no packaging worries. Smooth easy landing and above all got my packs faster than mentioned time frame except on one occasion with a slight delay.
Communication, Support, Products and Packaging were always spot on. I don't mind a slight delay taken into consideration the efforts he has been making to fix things up.
Placed order on the 12th for some diazepam special delivery. Paid for it same day and he's verified proof of purchase. He asked me yesterday for the name which I told them then again this morning asked me for the name both times I replied. There was a reason this was on special delivery I NEED it by tomorrow at the latest but this order was from 2 days ago.. First time buyer too..

Email sent to get an update and was told it was held a customs, a new one would be reshipped.
New email and new tracking code (again didn't work), and still didn't show up.
Sent yet another email, was told it will be reshipped. Again new tracking code.
Up until then communication was good, it's now 14th September and no delivery. Latest email I asked what courier it was sent by so I could track it myself, but I haven't had a response in days.
I have warned various others about this source, and they've now looked elsewhere.

ordered some clen on 22/8 order ORDER (31288) telling me its been posted on the 30th and its not even recorded as going into the post office system, its not even said its been received into there network, theyre all blank on the status thats meant to be green to confirm, it says information not yet available so shit aint been posted. This use to be a good site last year ordering from them. asked me for order ID 3 times even though its in the email header. its a shame they were top notch last year and I had this issue with ordering letro from them earlier this year, finally gave me my order after 9 weeks, and thought it was a one off to be fair but I was wrong

I ordered a product via first class recorded on 08/09 and it hasnt shown up i didnt get a tracking number either so i have no idea what is going on and I can't get hold of them. I've tried so hard and feel I have annoyed them. Such a shame as they are usually such a great company to deal with since i have ordered other products before and never had a problem until now im just hoping this can get sorted. Also my order still says it is pending although i have sent proof of purchase.

Communication is by far the best I have come across. They always respond to any email within 24 hours. Most of the time you can expect a response within a couple of hours.
The time of shipment to the time I receive my order has always been pretty short. The total shipping time, ( from the time I have placed my orders to the time I received them) varies depending on if the items were in or out of stock. Even when items are out of stock when an order is placed, the total shipping time is reasonable. The packaging is discreet with items packaged securely. No flimsy mailers.
Website is simple and to the point. All necessary information is on it without useless glitz that causes webpage lags. They have personal testimony of some products which is a nice touch. Nice to know seller uses their own products.
A tip. I created an account to track my orders and review order history. This feature was/is very handy, I recommend anyone buying from them do the same.
All in all this is a legit place with fast shipping and prompt, courteous communication. The products are real.
