VaultDweller91I use these guys all the time and they are always great. They respond professionally and politely. I must say that if your order appears to have been ignored or is taking a while there is a reason, they are probably busy and they are not Amazon or eBay, they do it all themselves. If you have manners and patience they ALWAYS respond and get your order sorted out.
I have been a customer with them for years and I have never been let down. I have sent my share of anxious and impatient emails and learned that this gets you nowhere. I have used this website on numerous occassions. I have always received my order.
Products are always as described or a similar replacement.
Over a year ago service was top notch although through a particular patch i have had times where by items have taken longer than expected or emails have taken a while but recently service and responses appear back to normal.
Every business has to have staff, sourcing or some issues sometimes.
Although sometimes fustrating and worrying when problems occur at least these guys have always delivered and i havent been ripped off.
Would be nice to see stocking of some new ranges and an update on the website.
Recently recieved an email from the sister company Rstore. Im unsure if this was legitimate or not but that site ive used and has problems with in the past but fortunately i emailed UKA and they sorted it for me. Im sure UKA will be able to shed light on this as other customers on here may have has the same email.

-1My usual supplier was increasingly out-of-stock on items I use so I tried these as a new source. I only make small orders for most often only one or two items. The reviews appeared favourable and I tried them out. So far in the last four months I've made three orders and all have come through fine.
One or two minor issues, one being my own fault, but otherwise a great supplier who I would happily recommend. Actually, I have done so. Two fellow athletes have now migrated their custom to UK-Anabolics.biz and they both are mostly happy and positive with the product, service, communications, and payment/delivery process.
Crescent Diazepam 10mg x 28 tablets on three occasions.
No complaints at all here. Very responsive, timely, and straight to the point.
I think the web-page layout would benefit from some restructuring here. Important information regarding payment process is obscure and doesn't stand out clearly among the rest of the page content and layout. Once you are familiar with the instructions and follow them customers should have few if no issues with delays or non-receipt of items.

-1I ordered 200iu HGH on the 16th september. I m still waiting for my package.
I asked them the tracking number because on their FAQ the say that they always send the tracking number. so i contacted them and they said i havent payed for the tracking. Now i asked them when the package was dispatched and they say they will investigate. the replied that the package may be at the custom. i Have a friend who is working for the custom and he put my dress on the computer and nothing thats mean my parcel is not white them.

man I dunno what all the issues are with communication but this guys always responded to me super fast and hes the most professional retailer ive dealth with.super reasonable,honest and really has gone above and beyond.

-2I live in the UK and ordered test 400 7 days ago, and didn't get anything. I've emailed them asking for the tracking number, but no reply. Very disappointed. I think I've been scammed. I hope they help me out but it looks unlikely.
