2 days ago I told you your tracking number didnt work and that the package was late, I have all the emails that you sent right in front of me. The ones that I personally thought were a bit menstrual considering I was a first time user and asking about my billing address, it wasnt really that much for you to do at all. Not when you think about the work that must go into the system you use to confirm payments!
....Since then there has been no response or communication from you of any kind at all, youve not even acknowledged that my parcel is late. Why would you rip people off when there is so much repeat custom? Why cant you meet the basic task of completing your side of the transaction?
Personally if I dont hear back from you ASAP I'm going to assume that you really cant run a tea party and your website really has flopped! Im now going to place an order elsewhere and see how get on...

-1I ordered on the 4th november, it is now the 30th (26 days for order to arrive), Paid Via paypal, all went quick and smoothly
Products seem to be of Good Quality, all are sealed, i have tested ingredients on some tabs, so far all is good, i will start using and update further
slow shipping, but suspect its the busy period for mail, so overall good

The first order is made on 05/10/2017, nothing has come. By my stupidity i made the second order on 17/11/2017, payment was through Paypal the next day.
After the first time - I believed that they were really lost at the customs.
They persuaded me to pay and to make an order a second time.
Nothing has been sent so far. It's been ten days. Now it is clear that they are simply luring out money. As a result, I lost 460 pounds two months of time and did not receive anything.

Placed an order last week with UKA for mine and my partner's suppliments. Still not recieved despite multiple attempts at contact. TN recieved was fake or has not worked from start, despite website saying items have been "shipped", furthermore, when communicating with the second part of the business, it does not fill me with confidence when emailing the pharma side, I was told that UKA is known for taking payment without having stock.
I have evidence of payment, messages and ignored communication from UKA. I have given plenty of time for response and have yet to recieve anything.

Shocking, I have all e-mails sent back and forth to this supplier. The responses I did recieve were rude and unhelpful and shocking, coming from a business that is meant to be rated 2nd on the site.

I would love some clarity on this matter. I have all evidence needed as proof of payment and the acknowledgement from whoever deals with shipping and customer support. Absolutely disgusting service, no parcel recieved. Payment taken, feel robbed.
Before you do respond, please do not go down the route that this is a new profile created to slander the business. I have used other companies with great satisfaction and this is not one I would recommend. Stay Away

Very poor service, after discussing stock of accutane I placed my order to be then told it wasn't in stock. I was the promised a week and it's now been 2 weeks with very little response via email. I've requested a refund a not had a reply in 2 days. Very difficult to make other plans when you don't get genuine answers or updates.

One confirmed my email and another in the afternoon with the tracking code, I used SD so it came the next day.

Adex was out of stock when ordering but I was kept informed and given the possibility of switching products or waiting.
Once Adex was in stock order was shipped and arrived within a few days.
Ordered Excel Pharma Test E but revived Gentech Labs as a substitute. Was happy to try with either so no big deal.

A few days later I emailed and got no reply, then emailed again when i realised (by reading eroids).
And finaly, i got a reply! They said yeah no problem just send us your details again....
I replied saying thanks do i have an order number or have you even sent it?
AND GUESS WHAT?
No reply, no order, just scammers thinking they can get away with the odd one here and there, providing they send 'most' their orders...
It's a scam folks, and one time it will be your order that doesnt arrive.

Comms were professional up until I told them I had a problem.
Emailed them 3 times now with no reply.
I paid for RMSD every time and didn't once receive my order within the promised time.
When the orders did arrive they were discreet and well packaged.
Very disappointed.
Don't advertise goods if you don't have the inventory and if you're going to substitute, don't sub with fake and/or underdosed gear.
All in I'm over £150 down and wasted 2 months on a worthless cycle.
