Package was resent and received in 4 days!! Truly amazing. I was worried I got jipped for a bit but it turns out it was the shipping service that lost my package. (I wish I could put the shipping service on blast and say how much they suck.) Anyway, I am very happy how David handled this situation. This business is run by true professionals. Package was reshipped as soon as they found out it was lost in transit. As far as quality, they have been top notch since I have started using their products. Thanks again for the amazing customer service.

-2evr988I will Never order from this site again there was a problem with my order, it took them several days to even respond. then they say they never got my money. one owner was trying to help but the other was bashing me on this site when he was misinformed of the whole situation. very poor customer service. and so far my 877.00 is still gone from there payment

not good at all. they were rude and very confused when I spoke to them about what was going on with my order. one person was calling me names while the other was trying to smooth things out about what had transpired with my payment.
very upset and unhappy. then they try to discredit me, cause they know that a bad review hurts them financially... that's why they say what they say to switch it around on me then delete my posts to make it look like my bad comment were never here. bravo
This makes my 4th order with Mark and David. The Hyge is very potent for the money!! I had some problems and concerns with a previous product I bought. These guys stopped selling the product and refunded me by way of another product of my choice. I've spent a few thousand dollars with these guys and have always received my package within 14 days. As for slamming these guys for their broken English you all need to get a life. My wife’s parents are Chinese and speak broken English. English isn't the easiest language. I support and will continue to use FIRSTHGH and my HGH supplier.

-1evr988so this company used to be called something else. buykigtropin.com. I ordered my stuff over a week ago. I paid for it and was waiting for a response from the company, they are scammers. they say they have great customer services but its the worst just look at how they treat their customers look at my other posts the guy starts calling me names all for 1k, I guess that's how you treat your customers over there.

-1evr988so I ordered kits from kigtropin.com an 877.00 USD order they're communication was great until they got my money& they disappeared. at first while we were setting it up they would respond within 15mins. then they got my 1k and they haven't responded to one email and they stole my money I went to get my funds back from money gram today and it was already picked up. I place a review to tell everyone about this and they responded that they'll take care of it, to show all the other readers that they are on top of they're complaints, but they aren't. be very cautious i'm almost sure this is a scam.

-1evr988I don't know where these great reviews are coming from... after I paid them almost 1000.00 USD $, they went missing and their web page doesn't work. they wont respond to emails and my money gram order was taken so I cannot get my money back. don't do business with them

+ 1I have several orders with these guys. Every time the communication and service/delivery is always as they promise. I started hgh about 6 months ago to add along with cycles and it really has stepped up my results. I have to say that I like their hygetropin best thus far.

+ 2From order placed to in hand took 7 days total, not business days. These guys emailed and responded quickly and are on top of their game. The 400ius of hyge were in original packaging and verified as legit, and the package was sealed tight. Will be ordering from repeatedly in the future!

-1Mark and David are both good solid guys. They are prompt and courteous with answers in Emails. I purchased 200 ius of Riptropin which arrived in 5 days discreetly packaged. I just placed an order for Hygetropins,.which is very favorably priced. I prefer Hyges over Rips, but they are both good products. The Hygetropins seem a better deal for the price.
