My dealing with this site has not been good. I had used buy kigtropin in the past and had good experiences but it seems now they have changed their customer service. Initial contact was quick and clear. However everything that followed was difficult to understand and only led to further problems. I think a good amount of the difficulty came from the fact that the customer service I was dealing with communicates with broken english so I had a hard time figuring out what he wanted me to do and it took a few emails each time to be clear. The first time I tried to send money they told me it could not be picked up because western union was holding it. I went through a few customer service people with WU union trying to figure this out and it turned out that was not the case. So I sent the money again and was told yet again by FirstHGH that I had done something wrong and needed to allow the release of the money. I then called up WU again and finally was able to speak to a manager who told me the person I was sending money to was Banned from using WU services. When I told FirstHGH about this they made no effort to apologize they simply said oh well send it to this new person. I was frustrated but figured I might as well try one more time. After sending this third transfer FirstHGH tells me that I need to change the currency exchange rate. So I call up WU yet again and find out that they lock the exchange rate to the day of the transfer to avoid people scamming fluctuating currency rates. When I tell FirstHGH this they simply tell me again to change the exchange rate. Now you would think that a company who deals mostly with WU for money transfers would not have all these issues and that they would already know that the exchange rate is not something the sender or receiver has any control over. Yet I was repeatedly told it was MY fault and I had done something wrong but when I speak with WU I find out these are all long standing policies. Needless to say I have been very frustrated by this whole process which has lasted about 2 weeks now and will never be using this site again. I really did have good experiences in the past but dealing with the current customer service has completely turned me off.

Paid for order on a Friday, order went out the following Monday and I had the package in hand (400iu blue tops) in 7 days US. Everything was handled fast and professionally. I will order again. I haven't used the hgh yet, but it looks good to go. I will update as the cycle progresses.

-1I am very happy with the service from this supplier. I ordered a couple kits because I was hesitant to order more for a first order. The communication and customer support was top notch, emails were answered almost immediately. The kits arrived in about a week after I finally made the correct payment. The kits seem legit and the numbers check out. I will be ordering again next week.

I take some pride in not being a complete moron, but I screwed this order up every possible way. Customer service continued to work with me, long after I would have said, this person is too stupid to be using sharp objects. I accidentally deleted the payment info email, they resent. I lost some stuff in my spam folder, they resent it. I sent the payment incorrectly, they told me how to get a refund and resend, they really went above and beyond.
T/A was much quicker than expected a few days faster than advertised. The packaging was very secure and as discreet as possible given the country of origin.
Ordered 10 kits brown top hyges Sep 7. Package was sent out in a reasonable time. For unknown reasons the package has been stuck in customs since the Sept 13. I've been in contact with David about a reship. I was told the second order was shipped out. Told me to wait 3 days for a tracking number.
Got in contact with David 3 days later and he said it wasn't shipped and he is waiting for more stock which won't come in until oct 5. That means ill be waiting over 6 weeks to get my package. I understand the package being seized by customs is out of his control. It seems like I'm not the only one with issues lately with their packages not coming.
At first he was super quick to response back to my emails and now it seems it takes 2-3 emails over a couple days period to get a response but I notice he is updating the source forums daily.
As of right now I'm out almost 2 grand. I don't recommend anyone ordering from firsthgh or his other site buy-kigtropin.com until he can fix his original orders.
I'm new to eroids but most will know me as tattbrahh from the misc.
If my order is received I will update my comments. If not ill update every 3 days my package hasn't been shipped.
Hopefully David can make this right. Until then I advise against ordering any hgh from this source.
I also have all emails saved as proof if needed so you guys know I'm not a troll or trying to bash this source. Just giving update on my order.

I talked with both David and Mark through e-mails and here on the eroids website through Private Messages and never once had any problems with getting responses from them. Typically they would respond within 30 minutes of my messages, some of the e-mails took longer due to the time difference between where we are located [12 hours] but they never took more than 24 hours to respond to me.
I was updated when my orders shipped and provided with tracking numbers.
Originally David sent me 100iu's of the blue tops as an EBC sponsorship.
- The delivery took 9 days to the East Coast USA.
I then placed two seperate orders for 400iu's of the blue top HGH:
- 1st shipment took 9 days [same as first one]
- 2nd shipment took 5 days [different carrier]
All products were packaged securely and descretely, all packages must be signed for and I had to go pick 1 of them up due to not being home and had no issues with this.
When I upped the dosage to 80iu's a week I noticed a DRAMATIC difference in my body within a few days.
I was suddenly bigger than I was before dosing the product this high, it was like a night and day difference and the effect came on seemingly overnight.
The first portion of my EBC cycle weight gain was at a slow pace, during the first 5 weeks I had only gained 6lbs, from week 6-9 I gained 31lbs and during week 10 I dropped ~11lbs of water.
There was absolutely no change in diet or mg dosage of the other hormones I was using, the only difference was the increased dosage of HGH and the switch to IM injections instead of subQ.

Received my package in 12 days after payment was made. I am on west cost.
Haven't ordered online in over 10 years. Had a friend order from these guys and got his order in a week. Figured what the heck I'll order 1 blue kit and get my blood tested immediately to see if it's too good to be true. Got my order in 10 days, and GH serum tested over 15ng/ml. Guys would always respond to my emails promptly. First test run went flawless. Next order will likely be 50 kits blue tops. Will add another review once this next transaction has been completed. + 2I don't know where to start? For starts David responded to my emails very fast. Usually in the am he would respond. As for his product it's TOP NOTCH!!! My lab #s are threw the roof. I got my HGH n IGF levels tested as well. (Check out the #s his product scored)

Do not order from this site and waste your money like I did! Thank god I only ordered 2 kits as a tester. I wanted to order a lot more if he passed the test but it's pure failure. + 3I did a TON of research prior to my order with David. I PM'ed a lot of members who were previous clients or left reviews and everyone spoke highly of his communication, service and quality. I put my trust in him and placed an order for 6 brown kits. Davids response and communication is a 10 out of 10. I literally just sent him an email asking about my tracking (since they changed sites i cannot login to the old site and check my status) he immediately responds with tracking which shows the package has already been picked up for delivery (funds were picked up this past saturday).
I have spent hours reading reviews and cannot wait to get my product. Everything i have read says his products are legit!

I had a problem with this site for a little, especially when they changed their web page. but they did that to ensure a future, and let me tell you that the people running it are very professional and work very hard to fix any issues that arise with any order. lets remember what we are doing here!hello! I had a Problem, and thought I was scammed and ripped off. they worked very hard to fixthings and to be honest they just lauched a new webpage that take time away from us. im convinced this site has the best gear and the best reviews for a reason, don't misunderstand that..... they are good people and with their creditability, I fully trust their gear is legit. your123manAbout 2 month on hygetropin brown tops. 2-2.5iu in an attempt to understand how my body works with it and what it does for me. Plan was to stabilize bloods at 2.5iu 5on 2off and get igf pulled. Then i got tboned by a car, drunk, on my side of the car, into the door. I cant drive to go get bloods. Money is tight until my attorney wins a settlement (which could take a year) and im paying all out of pocket right now. This happened two weeks ago. I said fuck it and upped yo 40iu ew day of with the 200iu green top kit. My doctor is astounded at how fast the healing process is and that i can walk without assistance now and can operate my left arm to about 60% range of motion. No jogging yet. Definitely no weights. But the doc made a joke "man you must have got your hands on so much growth hormone its unbelievable". I laughed and asked if hed prescribe it. He didnt find that funny and said no.
The point was, an unexpected life event fucked me over for testing. Decided to make my green tops only last a month, then im out of gh and cannot afford more til a settlement comes through. Even with no blood test, the doctor caught me using growth. He still hints at it bluntly waiting for me to spill my beans. My progress is outstanding and i should be lifting again soon.
