i had no idea it was my gear until i opened it.. very discrete. they screwed up my first order, didnt get anything but i kept emailing them and finally he sent me my order.. opened it up and he gave me 3x what i ordered because it took so long! placed my second order last week

I'm glad to see these guys getting a little more main stream, and getting on eroids! Have placed many orders, this one will probably be my 6th. Twice my orders were late, and they doubled my order because of it. Gear seems consistent.

communication was professional and prompt. Didn't wait around wondering for more than a few minutes. Support was better than expected. They have a bunch of people answering email, some of them are just secretary types, who aren't necessarily experts in the field, but, every time ive had a question they couldn't immediately answer, they made sure and got the question to someone who could answer it very quickly.

Priority mail, first placed in ziplock back, then bubble wrapped, with duct tape around it. It was ugly, but extremely secure. On one of my orders the vial lid appeared to be tampered with, unsure if it happened in the mail, or what, I expressed my concern, and they sent another vial without asking for the vial in question to be returned.

To sum them up- They are very fast getting things done. One note- Its advisable to email them before placing an order, they don't really keep their website up to date very well, so either all of their products are not always listed, or they may be out of something but its still listed on the site.
