So he offered two free samples on his products all I had to do was pay shipping. I figured what the hell, if I lose out I'm only down $25 dollars. So I sent him the money in bitcoin. A couple days later he sent me a message on here telling me he doesn't ship to my country and asked for my btc wallet number. I gave him my wallet address and, 3 days later, he said he'd refund my cost that same day. It's been 3 days since then and I have yet to recieve my refund.
