BEWARE: I have ordered from Rapid Mass for several years and something has changed. I placed an order 2 weeks ago expecting everything to be the same. It was not. He wanted payment by Bank to Bank Wire transfer. No problem, right? The next 10 days were a circus. He gave me the Incorrect Transfer data initially. My bank, Wells Fargo in the US, followed those Wiring instructions to the letter. I check with him daily...no money. He blamed my bank. After re-checking with my bank, I asked him to recheck. OOPS! WRONG wiring instructions. He sent a new set of instructions..but for a different bank. I challenged that brilliant move because the money had already started its way to the first bank he gave me. He then gave me the second "complete" wiring instructions, but they were also INCOMPLETE. He blamed my bank. "They should have known the instructions were wrong". My bank said "no more" until this guy gets his act together. Each step of the transaction that the bank had to take cost me a FEE. When it was all over 10 days later, I had lost $172 in bank charges and he still blamed it on my bank. I asked him to make me "whole" again because of the cost and his incomplete info. HE ACCUSED ME OF TRYING TO SCAM HIM OUT OF FREE STEROIDS. He then insisted that he would not believe me unless I showed him my bank statement and proved the bank fees. (Some of those Fees have not yet appeared on my bank statement.) Anyway, He refused to offset my bank charges with product. I have lost $172 in fees and have NO product. BEWARE. Rapid Mass does not respect its customers when they become the victim to his mistakes.

Responses were quick. However, It clearly became a comedy of errors (Rapid Masses). In the end, instead of trying to fix the problem his incorrect info had caused me, he started attacking my honesty and integrity. He seemed shocked that I should take offense at being called a liar and thief!!
As a 15 year steroid user, I recognize the importance of Customer Service...not just when things go smooth, but also when things don't go so well. I have used 5 different Sources over the years. I have never been treated so badly in 15 years. Clearly, EGO became a major problem here...HIS!!!
Can't yet do a full review as am only just starting the course but so far the products look legitimate and the service, delivery and communication I have recieved can not be faulted.
Can't wait to see how it goes.

I have been using rapid mass to order from for the past few months and I cannot speak highly enough about them. For me they are the best around!! I have used several other suppliers in the past few years and would say generally I have had good experiences with all of them, however Rapid Mass have raised the bar and been the best in terms of pricing, communication. delivery speed and charges.
They offer a good range of products at fantastic prices. Furthermore the best thing about them (apart from superb prices), is the communication and service. They deliver highly on every level.
On my latest order there was a product awaiting stock (it happens) they kept me regularly updated, offered me alternatives and even received a small gift as an apology for the slight delay. This was well and above what I expected and showed a fantastic level of service.
For me I particularly like the range of products they offer as they suit exactly what am looking for, I have a range of different labs with a slight difference in price (only marginal) which gives a good range and choice.
With Rapid Mass the communication process is fantastic, I have made several inquiries regarding stock, product info and always had great and quick responses. Also upon ordering you receive instructions and order form very quickly making the payment process smooth and easy.
You will be hard pressed to price match products against Rapid Mass, the prices are extremely good, I am saving around £30-£40 for an order compared to my past orders for similar items.
I will continue to use this supplier because they are awesome!!

Superb!! They respond to emails in a matter of hours (usually within 1-2) and their support is unquestionable. They deal with everything quickly and effectively.
If you have any questions they will help, they have always responded to my emails quickly and offered me great service and support.
They understand the importance of customer service.
Good packaging, the products arrive secure and safe and the delivery costs are reasonable and fair! I have always received tracking numbers for my orders but to be honest I barely have a chance to check before it arrives as the delivery is first class post.
I cannot recommend this company enough, if you want good products, great prices, quick delivery, superb service then do not hesitate to order from them, they are the best around!!

I had been using the same supplier for the past 3 years and was very satisfied until they did not have stock of one of my regular items. I searched on the net for similar products to the one I had been using with a similar profile and was pleased to find a product on rapid mass that was a perfect replacement...slightly higher dosage and cheaper (win/win).
The website offers a good selection of products and at very reasonable prices (some of the best priced I have seen). I made my first enquiry and their response was very quick and helpful. The response put me at ease to purchase from them and I must say I am very pleased I did. Not only got a great product at a good price but also paid a fair price for delivery, and the delivery was very quick (First class!!)

Stumble across this site by accident so did abit of research and seemed as legit as can be for an online source, I've ordered twice so far and had my delivery next day, the first time was NYE and even though it was bank holiday I still got my ordered within 3 days and received prompt emails regarding the process of my order, excellent!!!

4th cycle of these guys. Unfortunately for me I listened to someone who recommended another source and got seriously let down and ended up buying complete rubbish and an abcess!!! So I came back to tried and trusted and again have not been let down. Cycle was ISIS Test e, Anabolic Muscle Deca and Dbol to kickstart. Also ran hcg throughout the cycle and adex .5mg everyday.

+ 1Dont get why R.M are so low on the score board,iv never had anything other than top notch service. They stock current and legit goods at a pukka price. Last week I paid Wednesday and had me bits the next day!!!!!

Originally I ordered Signature Test Cyp, this was out of stock so they offered me the test blend at no extra cost giving me much better value for money. I also ordered Boldenone and Dianabol. Everything was sorted very quickly from payment to delivery. This was my fifth cycle and I have used products from these guys in every one and will continue to do so.
