The ultima super test 450 is very smooth for me, hardly any pip. Ran it at 675mg/week with great results after 20 weeks…bf dropped a bit, appetite was up and diet was clean… leaned out and gained 7lbs…
Only downside was the acne…started the aromasin at 10mg 2x/week for 3weeks along with accutane at 10mg 2x/week… but discontinued both and found natural remedies for the acne. Finished my cycle shortly after and started pct using the Ultima Nolvadex and was pleased with how well it worked.. had slight puffiness by my nipples that disappeared in the first week of use..
Customer service is always great. Very easy communication never had a problem. Entire process was flawless from beginning to end.

+ 1I am a new customer and this was my second order. Everything went well and overall experience was positive and no issues experienced.
My first order was for HCG and HMG. I am reviewing this second order which was for pharma Proviron. They had a great special on it and so I decided to stock up. I am now on my 4th week and take 50 mg daily along with TRT doses of test cyp. Definitely feeling better, higher sex drive, more energy and overall motivation and drive.

Nice clear oil has nice clean bottles, just starting so not much to mention in affects yet, sex drive has been good does already have me feeling good tho.

+ 1Superb. Fist time using this source and Deus Medical, great quality.
Ordered Deus Medical: MK677, BPC-157, and a free Dianabol was thrown in as a gift.
Started out at 10mg/day with the MK677 for the first 5 days, but I had to up it to 20mg to get a good appetite increase. That dose was perfect, was able to easily eat 6 meals a day, and it made me hungry enough to actually enjoy the same old clean food I eat on a regular basis. Also the appetite increase wasn't too out of control to where I would have to wake up and eat.
I have multiple different ailments that can be remedied with BPC-157, so I'm a good test subject for this peptide. Dosed the BPC between 400-800 mcg daily, split in 2-3 injects. The gastrointestinal relief was immediate, remedied with a very low dose. I had no acid reflux or other stomach issues through the entire cycle. Good improvement in digestion and a slight bump in appetite, I did not stack this with the MK677.
I have a calcium/magnesium imbalance and that also improved. I could tell because my muscle spasms were getting less and less. After injecting the BPC, I would wait about a half hour and drink 200 mg of magnesium bicarbonate. This is the best and most absorb-able form of magnesium.
My autoimmune inflammation needed a higher dose. Week three was when my inflammation began to improve but I needed to up the dose to 800 mcg to get almost full relief. Pain in my hip and spine went down, and the annoying clicking in my elbow during skull crushers dissipated.
Now the free dianabol, well I'm not a dbol guy but the tabs were pressed and boxed so professionally I had to try a few. Used 20mg before a few workouts and got a good pump and put me in a positive state of mind, made my music sound better too. I get appetite suppression from dbol, the suppression was enough to negate the effects of the MK677 so I had to drop it after a few days.
Straight to the point communication, timely and professional processing.

+ 2Let me start by saying around 4 months ago after discussing with PMroids that I was looking to get some GLP1 for my wife who wanted to lean down a bit more (she was thick but in all the right ways) Now leading up to this she had been intermittent fasting and working out hard and had already lost about ten pounds. I believe she started at around 156/158 and was down to 146/148. So I made my order for ten vials of Ultima GLP1 and some Ultima cialis for myself. Well during the order I made a huge mistake that could have cost me 6 figures if not for how honest of a source Pm is. (Greg if that crosses the line please strike it) So I cannot thank him enough for being honest.
Anyhow, I had ordered domestic and they were out of the Ultima GLP1 so he sent me Ultima Tirzepatide instead. And made it 12 vials instead of 10. Now at first I was not real crazy about that because the dosage is different and I had planned on her using it for at least 6 months if not a year. But after reading up I was satisfied this may work even better, and wow did it ever. So I started her at the minimum recommended dosage of 2.5mg per week. The first week not much happened but she did immediately notice she didn't have much appetite nor did most food even taste as good as normal (and i am an exceptional cook) . By week two weight was starting to come offI believe 3-5lbs. But then it really kicked in and even tho they recommend upping the dosage to 5mg I kept her at 2.5 since it was working amazingly well. By the time we got to ten weeks she was down to 124 and sadly it took most of her beautiful ass with it but it really lean her down. So we stopped there we either used 5 of the 12 vials, so ten weeks. And now it has been 3 weeks since discontinuing and she is still at 124-126. I am hoping her ass comes back some but she is maintaining the 16/8 fasting schedule and still hits the gym. So guys, if either you or your wife want to give it a shot I give it my full endorsement. Now she did have a few sides like infrequent bowel movements but all were very minor.
As far as the cialis it is not the strongest I have had but it does work and does not seem to give me heartburn like some of the others I have used.
Ultima Tirzepatide is amazingly effective and far cheaper than the name brand Wegovy or Zepbound. If you prep yourself a couple months ahead of beginning and stay fairly disciplined it will work amazingly well. Also a note of warning it will not only remove waist fat but also glutes and that is a bit of a negative. Contrary to what big pharma says you also do not have to stay on this indefinitely, take the weight off you want and then just stay disciplined.
As I said above, arguably the most honest source I have ever even heard of.
It took a couple weeks, a little long for domestic but they had to sub in the Tirzepatide . No complaint, very discreet

1 x Ultima-Caber - Ultima Pharmaceuticals [10 pills x 0.25 mg] - The caber has worked wonders. I’ve only needed it if I took over 150mg of tren a day. Stopped prolactin issues instantly whenever I felt something.
2 x Ultima-Tren - Ultima Pharmaceuticals [10 ml x 100 mg/ml] - Very strong tren - A. I literally felt it instantly after the first pin. Night sweats the first few days, but went away completely after a week. Vascularity was off the charts by week 2 and I literally felt like I could stay in the gym forever.

Npp 150 Nakon Medical 10ml x 150mg/ml. Taken at 300mg a week with a test base, good roundness and not too much bloat or water weight. Good strength in the gym and joints felt good with this. Appetite up a little. No change in acne or libido. Everything felt great like you would expect with a quality npp product. Good addition and no problems at this moderate dose.
Also given some free dbol, awesome!
Customer service and communication here, and on the website was great. Always quick and no problems. I do not think they have ever taken more than a day to get back to me on a question.

Tren E 200 (Ultima)
This shit right here….. goodness gracious. 200mg split twice a week for 10 weeks, shit was insane! Three weeks in my strength went up at the gym, even with missing breakfast and lunch. Vascularity came in hard and I had veins protruding from my abs. Aggression came on with it but it was very manageable. I thought I’d be scrappin, I mean yes I was more triggered but like I said it was manageable. I tried ace but shit was too much for me. The intense shotguns like blasts to the face when it would kick to the slow downing feeling when it would go away was too much, even at pinning eod for 3 weeks. I felt like tren e had a more stable ramp up. I got sudden urges to pick up girls and I was like wtf I can’t be going down that road again lmao. I was very flirtatious though!
Test E 250 (Ultima)
Ran it at 500mg split twice a week for 16 weeks. Very smooth oil and the strength I produced with tren was very insane. Shoulder press went up to 85lbs and I loved that shit like butter. Didn’t wanna go higher because FUCK THAT. I could’ve went 100 guaranteed but my ass would’ve fucked something up for sure. Kept it moderate with the weights even though I for sure could’ve went disrespectful and lug the heavy weights like a mad man. Sex drive went up a huge amount. Acne was there but it wasn’t bad.
Oxa 10 (Ultima)
Kick started the cycle with this at 30-40mg depending on feeling and if I just wanted an extra boost for the day. Skin tightened and the pump was intense. Great boost of energy and mood along with the slight strength that came was very helpful.
They threw in some dbol and pack came at about 3.5 weeks. Questions were answered within a day and their site was really great to navigate.
Got to me in about 3.5 weeks. Regular lookin box and there was no way anything was getting damaged. It literally looks like an Amazon package.

+ 1Overall experience was great from beginning to end. The ordering process was easy to understand and offered several methods of payment. I was kept up to date via the website the whole time and they respond within hours if not less. They offered products that others did not and at a low price. I ordered winni oil 50 mg and Priillimed 30 mg tablets
Both the Winni and Prilled med were of high quality made by Deus Medical, which I feel is a step above others if not more .
Both of these products are hard to find especially domestic.
Winni oil based amps I noticed after the first amp. I felt a great pump and strong in the gym. It made me more vascular and pulled some water from my body. I had no negative side effects beyond some slight heartburn which I often get from orals . It helped me put on size while making my muscles more noticeable and separate. I really liked the results and how I felt on this compound. I ran it for about four weeks and decided I had enough. Will definitely purchase again.
Prillmed 30mg tablets were solid and did not crumble. I could seperate them easily but did not have to. I titrated up from 30 to 60 mg. But 30 mg did work, 60 just worked better and I lasted longer. I purchased these for the bedroom as they are for premature ejaculation. I was able to go about 20 min longer than normal which I was more than happy with. I feel these were of high quality due to having no negative sides which was surprising. Definitely will purchase again but I still have a good amount left which can be a good or bad thing. Overall both of the items purchased were unique, very effective, and located domestic. Thanks PMR!

I have a few places I do business with and this is now one of them, mainly because of their wide variety of products of high quality their professional/customer service. Have already made several more purchases.
Products I received were all quality products that have done what they are supposed to. Customer service was also quick to fix a problem with no issues.
Was chosen to be in a promo and got NPP, Deca and EQ from Ultima. NPP is dosed at 150 which is nice. Running the NPP, I’ve put on about 10 lbs in about 6 weeks, with minimal water retention. Muscles feel nice and full, and feel bigger by the day. I haven’t had any sides from it, and no PIP when injecting. The deca I’ve been only running a small dose of along with NPP, just to keep my nandrolone levels balanced in case I miss a dose or something. No pip when injecting the deca either. Unfortunately I have not been able to use the EQ yet due to an ankle injury. Besides the promo, I also ordered from them Telvis Plus because I was occasionally getting high blood pressure. I bought a blood pressure monitor, and was able to bring my blood pressure to normal ranges when taking the Telvis Plus.
Ordering process was easy. Had a wrong item sent to me, and I was able to open a ticket directly on their site to contact them. They responded quickly, and resolved the problem with no issues.
Both orders arrived within the stated delivery time. The package that had my replacement items did take a little longer, but was still received in a timely manner.

I needed asap and the source came through quick, I usually use dianabol as a starter but this time I used it to fix my estrogen levels, in the middle of my cycle I was using two compounds that just don’t mix well together, Primo and Equi, while doing that my estrogen crushed and was feeling like shit, I would get deep into the subject but it would take me forever so if you wanna know more just search for it (estrogen crushed)
It fixed the problem within a couple of days just I was told by some of the OGs here on the forum, which I wanna thank.
You barely need it tbh, once you placed your order they do their job quick, but if you need a question they’ll get back to you quick and very professional

I ran Ultima at 250 a week for a solid 5 weeks, switched from their Nakon test e to Ultima. I was on Nakon for 5 weeks as well at 250. I felt no difference since i kept the same dosage which was great since their Nakon was on point. Nothing much to say besides its dosed perfectly and kept my ai dosages the same really consistent. I was taking anavar at 50mg a day which is the sweet spot for me nothing more is needed. I was on a cut and still maintained my strength while dropping weight. Abs are more pronounced and have new veins on the shoulders/legs. For the Cialis i take half a pill pre workout and get massive pumps as expected. When i know im going to have some sexy time with the wife i take a full dose of 25mg and i stay strong and i love it! i still have some products to review from pmroids but haven't got a chance to take them just yet but very soon!
I haven't contacted them for anything since its been a smooth ordering process without any hiccups.
For it being international it came extremely quick.
