-- Update 1/28 -- The doctor gave me all clear on the tendon, and I'm back to pushing PR on shoulder press. Highly recommend this protocol for shoulder injury. Also, I have now tried PT-141 from this supplier and it is dosed exactly right

but ive also purchased IGF-1 LR3 from them and ive noticed virtually no effects from it...

» Regarding the IGF-1 LR3, I have been hitting PRs on all of my lifts. Today was a beast day in the gym. But I have been dosing at 100mcg ED, and recently found that bodybuilding dosage (as opposed to tendon repair dosage) is more like 40mcg. You should try 100mcg dosage; maybe it's underdosed and the 100mcg is really only giving the 40-60mcg. Also note that LR3 will not have an immediate impact like IGF-1 DES has (the superficial impact of DES is just pump anyway; the muscle hyperplasia comes later). It was 10 days into the 100mcg/day of LR3 that I really noticed the strength gains. At that dosage, it is still quite affordable. Not much more than the cost of a latte per day. If I wasn't worried about cancer, I would go for a 50 day run. I fscking love this stuff.
I'm now 3 days into a 30 day run of AOD9604 with nothing else. It seems to cause a flush of elevated temperature, but I can't rule out other causes. I'll update if I lose visible abdominal fat by the end of the 30.
